We didn't just want to design a large trampoline for kids, we wanted to design the best outdoor trampoline with enclosure your kid could ever dream of! Starting from this ambitious goal, the Jumpzylla team reverse engineered hundreds of similar products to understand where we can innovate and what we can perfect. We identified 3 key aspects: Delivery, Safety and, most importantly FUN! JUMPZYLLA - Innovation comes from caring! Every single part of our trampoline design has been carefully considered for your kid’s safety and the product life of your new backyard “fun central”. Perfecting the net meant an emphasis on safety so we decided to add extra high density material between curved poles. The entry point is marked by a double zipper buckle lock. You get a beautifully designed, easy to use luxury ladder with plastic covered steps for comfort. We made the jumping mat extra high density for the best spring and added a PVC Waterproof cover with rust proof coating on the frame and legs to keep the trampoline protected from the elements. The legs are reinforced for ideal stability. Our priority is keeping the safety design elements up to date with 2022 and beyond, we looked at every part of the trampoline. I purchased this trampoline (12') for my 4 year old grandson and we are in Florida. For the week I have had it - it has been through rain, wind, sun and different weights. This trampoline comes in one well packaged box. The box is heavy and it is 59" long, 23" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It comes with easy to read directions - with words and pictures. There is a link for an installation video if need and all there links to find/ contact them if needed. The frame cover, net and mat are just folded in the box. The springs come in two different boxes and they give you one extra. The plastic T-Connector are in there own package (flat cardboard with the see through plastic) and the Steel T- Connectors come in two boxes (4 in each box), All the hardware comes on a piece of cardboard with the see through plastic and everything is labeled - it also contains 2 spring pullers and the wrench needed. The poles for the side already have the foam covers on them but are in two pieces. They just push together with buttons and the buttons pop out when in place. It does come with a two step ladder that only rests on the frame (little curves to hold it on). You do have to watch the ladder if the trampoline moves it comes loose. Also I think you have to have your own screwdriver to put the screws in the ladder. I've put trampolines together before so I had the legs, frame and 4 springs hooked to the mat before my husband and sons got home from work to help. It is very easy to put together. The frame is well made with heavy duty steel and the springs are strong. But the legs are a little on the scary side. They are a cheaper metal and snap together with the buttons, so I've been keeping an eye on them as different people jump. So far so good. We have had my 40 pound grandson and me 5'3" , 110 pounds on it together. Then my 6'2", 220 pound son and grandson on it, then my other son 6'1" 160 pounds and grandson on it and it has held up. It does make a lot of squeaking noise when jumping, but everything looks good. The plastic t- connectors hook to the top of the side poles and then there are fiberglass sticks that go in the top of the net to hook to the side poles (the fiberglass is 8 sticks, not one solid one to make it easy to assemble.) Once the net is on you do not hit the poles. The pad that covers the springs is easy to put on and is on the outside of the net. There is a warning sticker on it and the mat has there emblem on it. Important - there are little gaps on the inside of the net that small feet could slip through but a little on the hard side to do. The door comes with a zipper and clips to double secure it for safety. The only issue with the door is it doesn't open that wide and makes it hard to get in and out of - if you are bigger than a small 4 year old. Also in my box it had paper that I won a free trampoline sprinkler - I'll check that out later. Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a trampoline. ... show more

This is the 2nd trampoline I have purchased from them. The 1st one was last year and we had a storm come threw and take ours out into the road and because they didn't have replacement parts they gave me $100 off the 2nd one. Granted we didn't quite have the 1st one for a year and it sucked to lose that money but we had issues with the design of the 1st safety net and it ripped so they sent me a new one at no charge and replacement pieces for the top of the safety net that broke. I love the newer design of the safety net because it doesn't have a string you have to thread threw it has small clips and makes it easier and faster to install. Really like it! Very sturdy...good quality. The only thing we need to add are some sort of hand rails or something to help a person get up the ladder and into the trampoline. Right now, all there is to grab onto are the door flaps themselves which isn't sturdy. We are just going to put a stake of some sort in the ground (about 3 feet tall) to use as railings on either side to get in and out. Of course, I am old and I am only speaking for myself and the issues I personally have... the kids likely haven't noticed any issue at all, ha ha! But look at the picture and you will see what I mean. Getting out is dicier....without railings or something to hold onto it is just sort of tricky using the ladder. ... show more

This was definitely a great buy! The box is pretty heavy to move so get help. My boyfriend and I put this together in a few hours. The instructions were pretty clear. It is a great quality. The safe features on it make me feel safe about my little ones playing it in. It has a zipper to get in and out. The netting on it works perfectly. We didn't have to anchor it to the ground. We love this trampoline. We've had it for a few months now, and it's been absolutely fantastic. Assembly was about as easy as could be expected. It was very simple and straight forward, with good instructions and thoughtful design. I had watched a few videos and was dreading the tedious net tie downs, but our's came with straps and clips that made it so much easier (and faster) than expected. All told, it took about two hours and only required a second person for one small part. The bounce is fantastic and the trampoline does it's job - getting the kid's (and occasionally the adult's) crazies out - even better than we expected. It's even relatively quiet, which is something we were concerned about. Well, if you don't count the kid's joyful screams and laughter. The springs are relatively quiet anyway. Super satisfied with this one! (We got the 10ft, by the way) ... show more

This trampoline was the easiest and fastest trampoline I have ever setup. The quality of all the parts seem really nice. If your looking for a better trampoline than the ones you get at the big box stores this is the one! Having a higher weight limit is better than the big box stores as well. Having a bunch of kids jump on it at one time you need to have a higher weight limit. If you read the labels on the ones at big box stores it says one person at a time and usually has a 200-220 weight limit. This one holds a group of teens no problem. Also holds adults really well. Easy to put together. Husband did it quickly. I put the cover that goes around the outside on. She jumped for hours right away. Great for gymnasts and even for us adults! Size is good, would’ve went bigger if I had more room. Not long enough for round off back handsprings but she do it if the round off is small. Still great for back handsprings, front/back tucks, split jumps. Keep in mind, not a lot of room to run beforehand. definitely recommend for lots of fun! Wish i had bought one earlier! Very sturdy and safe came with a ladder. Need to buy some anchors to tie it down eventually but no big deal. So far it has stayed out! ... show more
