We didn't just want to design a large trampoline for kids, we wanted to design the best outdoor trampoline with enclosure your kid could ever dream of! Starting from this ambitious goal, the Jumpzylla team reverse engineered hundreds of similar products to understand where we can innovate and what we can perfect. We identified 3 key aspects: Delivery, Safety and, most importantly FUN! JUMPZYLLA - Innovation comes from caring! Every single part of our trampoline design has been carefully considered for your kid’s safety and the product life of your new backyard “fun central”. Perfecting the net meant an emphasis on safety so we decided to add extra high density material between curved poles. The entry point is marked by a double zipper buckle lock. You get a beautifully designed, easy to use luxury ladder with plastic covered steps for comfort. We made the jumping mat extra high density for the best spring and added a PVC Waterproof cover with rust proof coating on the frame and legs to keep the trampoline protected from the elements. This came only 2 days after I ordered! Such quick shipping, which was so amazing. Price was very good and a great selection of size/color. This was also VERY easy to put together, it took us about 2 1/2hrs and the tools they provided for the spring installation were amazing! This has an excellent bounce and we found our daughter out there playing at 7:30a the following day. We bought a 12ft which is great for her and us two adults so we can have some real family fun! I purchased this trampoline (12') for my 4 year old grandson and we are in Florida. For the week I have had it - it has been through rain, wind, sun and different weights. This trampoline comes in one well packaged box. The box is heavy and it is 59" long, 23" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It comes with easy to read directions - with words and pictures. There is a link for an installation video if need and all there links to find/ contact them if needed. The frame cover, net and mat are just folded in the box. The springs come in two different boxes and they give you one extra. The plastic T-Connector are in there own package (flat cardboard with the see through plastic) and the Steel T- Connectors come in two boxes (4 in each box), All the hardware comes on a piece of cardboard with the see through plastic and everything is labeled - it also contains 2 spring pullers and the wrench needed. The poles for the side already have the foam covers on them but are in two pieces. They just push together with buttons and the buttons pop out when in place. It does come with a two step ladder that only rests on the frame (little curves to hold it on). You do have to watch the ladder if the trampoline moves it comes loose. Also I think you have to have your own screwdriver to put the screws in the ladder. I've put trampolines together before so I had the legs, frame and 4 springs hooked to the mat before my husband and sons got home from work to help. It is very easy to put together. The frame is well made with heavy duty steel and the springs are strong. But the legs are a little on the scary side. They are a cheaper metal and snap together with the buttons, so I've been keeping an eye on them as different people jump. So far so good. We have had my 40 pound grandson and me 5'3" , 110 pounds on it together. Then my 6'2", 220 pound son and grandson on it, then my other son 6'1" 160 pounds and grandson on it and it has held up. It does make a lot of squeaking noise when jumping, but everything looks good. The plastic t- connectors hook to the top of the side poles and then there are fiberglass sticks that go in the top of the net to hook to the side poles (the fiberglass is 8 sticks, not one solid one to make it easy to assemble.) Once the net is on you do not hit the poles. The pad that covers the springs is easy to put on and is on the outside of the net. There is a warning sticker on it and the mat has there emblem on it. Important - there are little gaps on the inside of the net that small feet could slip through but a little on the hard side to do. The door comes with a zipper and clips to double secure it for safety. The only issue with the door is it doesn't open that wide and makes it hard to get in and out of - if you are bigger than a small 4 year old. Also in my box it had paper that I won a free trampoline sprinkler - I'll check that out later. Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a trampoline. ... show more

    • Jumpzylla 16 Foot (ft) Trampoline – Construction Tips – WATCH FIRST! Things I wish I knew.

The media could not be loaded. Hi, everyone! I wanted to share a few tips that I wish I knew before I started constructing this trampoline, because it would have saved me A LOT of time and frustration. I don’t usually make videos like this, but if this can help YOU save time and alleviate frustrations, to build this trampoline for your kids and bring them endless hours of joy and fun, then this will be well worth it! Some of these tips may be specific to the 16 foot trampoline, others may be useful for the smaller sizes. This video is meant as a supplement to the instruction manual provided, and there are other very nice videos made by YouTube users that I found to be helpful as well. I absolutely HATE do-it-yourself projects and building things like this, so if I can do it, so can you!!! PS. I forgot to mention: 1. When you are done connecting the plastic T-connectors to the fiberglass in the netting, do the same thing you did with the trampoline pad: After the first connection, connect the opposite side next, and keep connecting opposite ends to balance the tension. 2. Also: The very last step is to place the stakes into the ground on top of each trampoline "leg." I didn't mention this, but you can see the stakes in the video - I just placed them on the middle of each "leg," pushed down, then stepped on them for good measure. ... show more

Purchased for 7 and 3 year old joint birthday and they LOVE it! Jumped on it every day that hasn’t rained for the past 3 weeks. Appreciated the free gift and included birthday banner (unexpected bonus)! It took two adults 2.5 hours to put together. First, we got the 14 ft version for our two grandkids (8 and 5) and it has a LOT of room. All the parts seem well made and it came together with no problems. EXCEPT one extension pole was missing from the kit. We were in a panic because this was going to be a center piece for a birthday party. And there is no phone number anywhere, including on their web site. AND I had an issue with the contact form on their site. However, I was able to reach them through here (Amazon) and they made sure we got the replacement part in 4 days, in time for the party. So thumbs up once you reach them! ... show more
