We didn't just want to design a large trampoline for kids, we wanted to design the best outdoor trampoline with enclosure your kid could ever dream of! Starting from this ambitious goal, the Jumpzylla team reverse engineered hundreds of similar products to understand where we can innovate and what we can perfect. We identified 3 key aspects: Delivery, Safety and, most importantly FUN! JUMPZYLLA - Innovation comes from caring! Every single part of our trampoline design has been carefully considered for your kid’s safety and the product life of your new backyard “fun central”. Perfecting the net meant an emphasis on safety so we decided to add extra high density material between curved poles. The entry point is marked by a double zipper buckle lock. You get a beautifully designed, easy to use luxury ladder with plastic covered steps for comfort. We made the jumping mat extra high density for the best spring and added a PVC Waterproof cover with rust proof coating on the frame and legs to keep the trampoline protected from the elements. I purchased this trampoline (12') for my 4 year old grandson and we are in Florida. For the week I have had it - it has been through rain, wind, sun and different weights. This trampoline comes in one well packaged box. The box is heavy and it is 59" long, 23" wide and 7 1/2" deep. It comes with easy to read directions - with words and pictures. There is a link for an installation video if need and all there links to find/ contact them if needed. The frame cover, net and mat are just folded in the box. The springs come in two different boxes and they give you one extra. The plastic T-Connector are in there own package (flat cardboard with the see through plastic) and the Steel T- Connectors come in two boxes (4 in each box), All the hardware comes on a piece of cardboard with the see through plastic and everything is labeled - it also contains 2 spring pullers and the wrench needed. The poles for the side already have the foam covers on them but are in two pieces. They just push together with buttons and the buttons pop out when in place. It does come with a two step ladder that only rests on the frame (little curves to hold it on). You do have to watch the ladder if the trampoline moves it comes loose. Also I think you have to have your own screwdriver to put the screws in the ladder. I've put trampolines together before so I had the legs, frame and 4 springs hooked to the mat before my husband and sons got home from work to help. It is very easy to put together. The frame is well made with heavy duty steel and the springs are strong. But the legs are a little on the scary side. They are a cheaper metal and snap together with the buttons, so I've been keeping an eye on them as different people jump. So far so good. We have had my 40 pound grandson and me 5'3" , 110 pounds on it together. Then my 6'2", 220 pound son and grandson on it, then my other son 6'1" 160 pounds and grandson on it and it has held up. It does make a lot of squeaking noise when jumping, but everything looks good. The plastic t- connectors hook to the top of the side poles and then there are fiberglass sticks that go in the top of the net to hook to the side poles (the fiberglass is 8 sticks, not one solid one to make it easy to assemble.) Once the net is on you do not hit the poles. The pad that covers the springs is easy to put on and is on the outside of the net. There is a warning sticker on it and the mat has there emblem on it. Important - there are little gaps on the inside of the net that small feet could slip through but a little on the hard side to do. The door comes with a zipper and clips to double secure it for safety. The only issue with the door is it doesn't open that wide and makes it hard to get in and out of - if you are bigger than a small 4 year old. Also in my box it had paper that I won a free trampoline sprinkler - I'll check that out later. Hope this review helps anyone looking to buy a trampoline. ... show more

Straightforward to assemble right from the start, complete with a legible manual and organized pieces packed into a single box. Outwardly curved support poles assure that the only thing users will be hitting are the jumping mat or the enclosure net - a nice safety design. Then on top of all that, you have a company that stands behind the product. Whatever infrequent issue you may run into (during installation or after you've been using it for awhile), get in touch with them and they will go to great lengths to get you back on your feet and bouncing like a champ. These guys want you to get full use and enjoyment out of their product. As large as this is, you'll be doing yourself a favor if you use the buddy system to build it. It can be done alone if you're feeling Herculean, but it's nice (and faster) to have assistance. Wondering what size to get? As long as you assure enough ground space for the diameter involved (with a little extra air space for the curved support poles), it's probably better to err on the side of larger. 10 ft is a good baseline start for a kid to bounce with some space to spare. 12 ft is decent for a kid and a couple of pals. Or, you can go all out with 14 ft and be the neighborhood party hub. Now go have fun and get bouncing. ... show more

I figure 3 months is a decent amount of time to gather thoughts on this trampoline. Originally, I was looking to buy the same trampoline that I purchased at the start of “lockdown” which had lasted 3 years of extreme use and weather made by a different company. Unfortunately that model was no longer available. This Jumpzilla trampoline was easy enough to assemble by myself within a 2 hour timeframe. Visually it’s a good looking trampoline. The cost was considerably more than my previous trampoline. Within a few days one of the curved safety net support poles bent. After reviewing most of the other reviews, I found that I was not alone with this issue. Upon contacting their support team, they quickly and generously handled the problem. Once the problem was corrected, it was back up and running. It is used almost daily for an average of 1-2 hours. The load has been 2-4 children within the age ranges of 8-12 years old. I have jumped (190lbs) with 2 kids and the integrity of the trampoline feels strong. It sits in unshaded direct sun. Overall, aside from the cost difference of our last trampoline, it feels like a great purchase and the customer support is fast to respond. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Setup is really easy. And it gave us a 5 day shipping window and it came by noon the second day. Less than 48hrs after purchase. That was from middle Tennessee to STL. So they don't tell you in the instructions that the frame pieces fit inside eachother on the ends. Also get a ratchet or ratcheting end wrench in 10mm. That little wrench tool they send is a joke. But BEWARE! Everything on this is easily overtorqued. The bolts, the steps, all pretty cheap. So don't go wild tightening with all your might. It won't take it. So lastly, it does look cool. Kind of modern look for something that's been around forever. The net does not go perfectly straight down like the picture shows. If you look at other reviews and mine you can see it bows in a little. But not bad at all. We're pretty happy with it but it does do some moving and shaking even with my 85lb child lightly jumping. I'm 210lb 6ft man and I gave it my all (you know, to test it) and it held up perfectly fine. I would definitely recommend. ... show more

I was dreading having to build a trampoline. The instructions were easy to follow and it took me about an hour and a half to do it alone. The kids love it.
