4 years and going strong. Came in several large heavy boxes. Assembled relatively easily with two adults. We keep it outside during the winter (southeast Michigan) with no issues at all. Springs, mat, and netting have held up very well. I'm at the point of ordering new pads and one corner of the frame snapped but is repairable. Honestly not surprised as we use the heck out of this thing. I WOULD PURCHASE AGAIN. Also, strongly consider adding trampoline insurance to your homeowners policy. It's like $100. My son suffered a hairline tibial fracture jumping with heavier kids. It was a painful physics lesson by we now only allow 3 small kids max or 2 big kids. ... show more

Amazing Product and incredible customer service! Just get it! Our kids absolutely love this trampoline, and use it almost every day. We purchased the 18 ft long version and it’s fantastic. The rectangle shape and size is so much better than a round trampoline and fits in our side yard perfectly. Assembly is very doable with 2 people. We had to reach out to customer service and they responded right away and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Top tier service and USA based! We would definitely purchase it again if we ever had to move states or something, and have recommended this trampoline to many friends and family over the years. :) ... show more

This item arrived quickly. It was easily assembled and we have had hours of fun jumping. It's super bouncy and my gymnast loves it! The jumper doesn't get too close to the ground when jumping very high. The net and poles make him feel very safe! We purchased this for a backyard remodel and the kids are in love with this trampoline. At first glance, it seems very robust and sturdy, with lots of bounce. My kids are excited to practice their gymnastics (flips, backends, walkovers, etc.) and it provided hours of entertainment for a large group of kids during a party. Good - HUGE. Like ridiculously big but its almost like having a permanent bounce house. - Holds lots of kids. Did I mention this thing is big? - Serious bounce. - Materials seem good. I especially like the poles through the top of the netting to ensure it stays in place. - Directions and videos were fairly clear on assembly. - Foam padding on the netting poles. This feels more robust than the typical foam used on other trampolines we've owned. I don't know for sure but think it will hold up better in the sun. Needs Improvement - The fit of some pieces was very challenging and the video make it seem easier to put together than it was. I've built lots and lots of furniture and even other trampolines but this was tough. Some of this went together easily but connecting the final two frame pieces after initially attaching the trampoline were a beast. I tried it with two adults and a rubber mallet with no luck. I ultimately used a pair of ratchet straps and some lubricant and it popped together. - Better marking the corners of the top netting would be helpful. I put in all of the top poles and corners only to find I needed to shift them all over by one section. It wasn't hard to do but wish it was easier to identify the correct positioning. All in, we would absolutely buy this again. I think it will hold up for many years and my kids and all their friends want to use it constantly. ... show more

This trampoline is exceptionally solid and well-built. It arrives in three 100+ pound boxes, so be sure to have help or a sturdy dolly to move the boxes. Assembly took me about 5.5 hours from start to finish. While the instruction manual is helpful, I strongly recommend scanning the QR code to watch the assembly video. I initially struggled to get some parts to line up, but the video quickly clarified where I was going wrong. The trampoline is incredibly heavy-duty, and my kids absolutely love it so far. As a bigger guy, I’ve jumped on it with my kids, and it’s sturdy enough to support all of us without any issues. While it’s a bit more expensive than other trampolines on Amazon, the solid steel frame, double springs, and overall quality make it worth the investment in my opinion. I did tons of research before deciding on this trampoline. I’m so glad this is the one we chose! It’s a very solid construction and a great size! My 5 and 8 year old love doing tumbling passes and jumping non-stop! We followed the instructional video on YouTube for the assembly, and it was very easy and took us about 3-4 hours.
