The media could not be loaded. The laptop is on sale for a reason! All my drivers were outdated, I've had screen freeze ups as videographed. Couldn't even get it to play a game the first day I had it all I had gotten were error messages. Now it can play a game on low quality but it takes about 1-100 clicks to get back into the game if you click out because the computer is so overwhelmed trying to actively run ONE program. I can't imagine anyone would pay retail for this laptop which is probably why it's marked down. Literally two days after I bought it they dropped the price $40. This small 8G RAM and 256 G storage with solid state drive laptop is a surprised gift to myself. I received this laptop about three weeks ago and have not had any issues so far. I bought this laptop for my home-based business. I didn't need any major bells or whistles, just something simple and basic to get my work done. This laptop has definitely exceeded my expectations. It is lightweight and fits in my laptop tote with ease. The battery lasts for almost 5 hours on full charge, and it only takes about 2 1/2 hours to charge fully. I thought I would miss having a touchscreen, but to be honest, I don't even notice it. This laptop costed minimal money, but delivered features only more expensive laptops usually deliver. The download speeds on this laptop are incredible—we downloaded Minecraft in under a minute! The camera is also as good as laptops that are 4 times the price of this laptop, and the speaker has good sound that is audible at a distance. The screen brightness is also good, and the screen is a perfect size, portable but big enough that you don’t need a display. The amount of storage and RAM is also incredible for the price (there are very few laptops that equal storage and RAM in this price range, especially computers with Windows 10). For the price you can't find a laptop with better specs. This laptop replaces my HP Stream 13 which had only 2GB of non-upgradable RAM and ran Windows 10 painfully slow. The Jumper laptop comes with 8 GB of RAM which made running Windows 10 as responsive as my desktop computer. The screen is bright and sharp with 1080p HD resolution. It comes with a generous 256 GB of internal storage. My old HP Stream couldn't even do a Windows update because it lacked sufficient storage. The Jumper is noticeably smaller and lighter than the HP Stream even though they have the same size screens. I've only had the Jumper for a few days so I can't vouch for it's long-term reliability, but so far it's performance is top notched. In summary, this is a budget priced laptop which can out-perform many other computers selling at much higher prices. But there is one big caveat. There doesn't seem to be any technical support if something goes wrong. No warranty card or contact information came with the computer. Also, no accessories came with the computer besides the power adapter. There a multi-language user's manual with print too small for my eyes. Initially, the Windows 10 installation had cause all audio functions to stop working. Fortunately, the Windows Troubleshooter for sound was able to restore the mike and speaker functions. I recommend the following accessories to improve the usability of the laptop: 1) USB or wireless mouse, 2) USB to ethernet adapter [my ethernet speed is several times faster than wireless], 3) 4-port USB 3.0 hub [the Jumper is only equipped with two USB 3 ports], 4) 10-foot mini HDMI to standard HDMI cable if you want to connect to a larger screen 5) USB 3 flash drive for storing your data. 6) Soundbar [My $11 soundbar speaker sounds way better than the laptop's built-in speakers] 7) LibreOffice [This free software package can capably replace the Microsoft Office suite] With the lack of warranty support, buying this laptop is like flying blind without a parachute. If you're willing to take that leap of faith, and nothing goes wrong, you can't find a better bargain. Keep your fingers crossed and don't discard the shipping boxes too soon. ... show more

I purchased this laptop from Laptop technology through Amazon. I received it on time and packaged it well. I needed a laptop to operate a CNC that I purchased. and this one is what does everything I needed. If I ever need another i would come back to them.

I purchased this laptop for troubleshooting and setup of various smarthome functions. I can carry it from room to room while setting up new devices. I also use it to run HomeAssistant in docker. I wanted something small enough that I would have no problems using it while on a ladder, in a crawlspace, etc. I was pleasantly surprised by its functionality, given the low price.
