I ordered these cabinets twice. Returned the first set and the second ones were not in any better shape. Dents and scratches with paint shipping in several pieces.

Bought two cabinets and there were damages when shipping. Contacted the seller thru Amazon and they refund some amount for the damage. Assembly was very easy and nice design. I will buy again because of the design. Very straightforward.

I purchased this from an auction site for very little (but it was a return from Amazon) so I knew there would be some possible damage. I could immediately see upon opening the cardboard (which was still in good condition) that the metal was bent on a couple pieces but not horribly damaged and still usable but I did have to bend some pieces back in place and use a rubber mallet. Everything else was still intact and packaged well. *Be aware that some of the long pie pieces are inside the sides of the panels. The return slip from the original purchaser was still inside. The bad… the DIRECTIONS are horrible. There are only diagrams that don’t fully show HOW some pieces are supposed to go. The pieces Are labeled though which I was thankful for. I’m usually good with diagrams and am accustomed to putting furniture together but I definitely struggled with this one and it took way longer than it should have. I’m not totally convinced it’s together how it’s actually intended because of the horrible directions BUT it is up and with all the shelves in place seems sturdy enough for my needs. Assembly error aside, many of the screw holes didn’t line up correctly so I had to drill a few to secure the top and bottom pieces. I have no idea how it could hold the weight they claim the metal (that wasn’t bent before, but does bend super easily) could hold. I had some leftover long floor tiles that I used under the bottom shelf for extra support (although it still is sagging) and I’m not going to put anything with weight on the top since there’s barely anything holding it up. **Picture shows some of the chipped metal but most was on the bottom so I couldn’t get a picture. **2nd picture shows where the holes don’t line up. The Big hole is NOT where the screw is supposed to go. There is a small hole that you can’t get to. I’m sure I might be able to find a larger screw to use here. **3rd picture is example of the directions. The “O” pieces have a 5th larger hole (not shown in diagram) and also have a lipped side that doesn’t really show which way it’s supposed to be. I would not recommend this particular product unless you get it for under $20 and enjoy a challenge. ... show more
