I was surprised that this came without any manual at all, but the box was not sealed, so maybe there was a manual that fell out, I don’t know. It seems easy to operate, though, and there’s information and even recipes on the Amazon description. It comes assembled, but I’m glad I took it apart first, because there was a protective cardboard insert over the blade. I can’t figure out how to get the nozzle to go onto the carafe without it tipping, however. I did some quick searches online to try to figure out how to hook up the carafe, even on the manufacturer’s website, but they don’t have any manuals or instructions. My husband decided that it just needed to sit slightly apart from the machine for it to be level and the spout to fit in—and with this juicer, you NEED the carafe cover for the spout, because it just squirts out with great force and some juice could easily go over the carafe and spill if it were not for the cover which fits to the spout. It is sturdy and powerful, and when I put a whole apple in to test, It was a little loud initially (sounded almost like a band saw) but quickly resolved to a pleasant hum. It is large enough to take a whole apple at once, but I think you get more juice if you cut it up. The large outer ring is the repository of the pulp, and I thought that it didn’t detach, but luckily, it did. It’s a little deep to get one’s hand in to get the pulp out to clean it (and I could tell how wet the pulp was, so I might try second squeezing through cheesecloth). The sieve of the blade is quite fine, and the apple juice was very foamy at top, but had no sediment in it, which is good. It comes with a soft brush to clean the blade assembly, and the sieve can be harder to clean, requiring a bit of scrubbing, while every other part of the machine was pretty easy just to wash off with water.

Winter is coming, and in preparation for it, I believe this sturdy fruit juicer I ordered will contribute to my body accustomed to getting natural vitamins. Its usage is simple, and the cleaning is not too difficult. The machine's motor power is quite impressive. For example, I wanted to make carrot juice the other day. After the machine juiced the carrots, there was essentially nothing left of the carrots except the pulp. It extracted the maximum amount of juice from the carrots possible. The carrot juice was very clear and clean. I wanted to illustrate this with the example of carrots because, as we know, to obtain carrot juice, the machine needs to expend more energy than it would for juicing oranges. In summary, it's a product I enjoy using.

Nice juicing machine. Has plenty of power. Unit is constructed with a relatively large base with detachable top plastic/metal parts that do the actual juicing. The top part has an outer and inner plastic chamber, the outer catches the pulp and the inner holds the metal juicing basket. The metal juicing basket has a spinning disk with teeth in it that "chews" the fed material. Centrifugal force is used to eject the pulp up a mesh basket and into the outer pulp fetching part of the bowl. Juice drains out of all the various areas. A feeder unit goes on the top with a plunger to feed the material. The unit is a bit bulky and takes up quite a bit of storage space. Have tested with apples, oranges, strawberries, mango, and kale, the unit chews through everything quickly. Juice is tasty, smooth, and pulp free, although you do commonly get a bit of foam. The catch jug does have a lip to help filter some of the foam out. Comes with instruction manual, a small recipe book and cleaning brush. The hardest part of the cleanup is the mesh juicing unit that smaller pulp catches in. The brush helps with this cleanup, which is a bit of a pain without. Overall good way to make healthy/tasty juice.
