Functionally this is a very effective juicer. It is not the advertised 1300W (it clearly states on the sticker that it's only 800W), but it still has plenty of power. It's a little more time consuming to clean than I'd hoped, so I'd recommend using it a lot to make a enough juice to last you for at least several days. It's easy to use, produces juice effectively, and the slag bin catches all the solids efficiently. There are some flecks of carrot or other material that find a way to escape out of the breather vent, which is annoying. I like peeling carrots or pitting cherries, etc before I run them through and you can actually get the fibrous material out of the slag bin to use for cooking or other purposes. It's works great for carrots, pitted cherries, and lots of other things. If you're going to juice much kale you'll probably want to get several bags as it'll take a whole lot to produce much kale juice. If you have enough juicy fruits or vegetables ready to go this will make quite a bit of juice quickly. This isn't terrible to disassemble and clean, but there are quite a few pieces with lots of nooks and crannies. Pretty much everything other than the motor base is dishwasher safe, which is nice but the filter and most of the other parts will still take quite a bit of hand cleaning to get all the gunk off before you throw it in the dishwasher. It's a rather large juicer so it take up some real estate in the sink and in the dishwasher. This is my first juicer so I'm having fun playing around with it. I can see that I'll most likely do a ton of juicing on a Saturday or Sunday in order to make up enough juice for the next several days to a week. I'd go crazy trying to use it every few days and then having to also wash it every few days as well. I'd recommend the product, but do your own research before deciding on this one.

Overall, a really great juicer! It arrived exceptionally well packed surrounded by Styrofoam…so no issues were found. All the parts and accessories along with a set of instructions were included. The juicer machine is super easy to use and very powerful. My only recommendation would be to put the fruit/vegetable/whatever you’re juicing in first and replace the presser on top before you turn it on. The instructions say to turn it on first, but that will result in particles being thrown everywhere once you drop in the item being juiced. The different pieces assemble and come apart easily which made cleaning it a breeze. It even comes with a little brush to clean the mesh strainer. Another cool feature, it has little suction cups on the bottom, so it doesn’t slide around while in use.

I'm not an expert on juicers, but wanted to try this out having a housemate that's had quite a bit of experience in the area. She had expressed that it should far outperform her older model. We only had a couple times of using it so far this summer, and it's not much different than her older machine, and obviously wasn't 1300W but only an 800W machine (which now we've found a 1200W model very similar for actually little less money than this was to be originally... makes one wonder). It seemed to work quite well overall, and if we'd been doing some major processing might have been worth the time; but in our experience it took quite a bit more time in cleaning than her old one, as there's quite abit of parts involved in it compared to hers. I'd really hoped for a more testing and trials for it, but it's been a very busy summer. And perhaps as fall comes around and we've more produce here to harvest I hope to amend this review. From our my/our first impressions though there was more work/cleanup with this machine than her simpler one, though we did get some more juice extracted than she thought she'd get with hers. It was well packed, and worked fine, just alittle disconcerting when not as advertised originally and the cleanup for a test/trial took quite sometime in her (and my none expert) opinion.

I have owned a 250 watt Jack LaLanne’s Power Juicer for many years as we grow both apples and grapes on our property. It was time to finally upgrade so I ordered this ZNOAV 1300 watt juicer. When it arrived, both the packaging and the juicer clearly show it is an 800 watt juicer, not 1300 watts. I went ahead and washed all the parts, reassembled and got ready for my first test, carrot juice. I ran 4 pounds of carrots effortlessly through the juicer which produced 4 cups of carrot juice. I used speed 2 for the first 2 pound and speed 1 for the second 2 pounds. The yield was higher on the first batch using the higher speed than the second batch. Although the overall yield was 4 cups, I think it would have been higher if I had used speed 2 for all 4 pounds. Per the instructions, speed 1 is for softer fruits such as tomatoes and bananas. Speed 2 is for harder fruits such as apples and carrots. The left over carrot pulp was very fine and relatively dry so I definitely see the beauty of 800 watts over 250 watts. I will be using the carrot pulp in some baked goods so It set it aside in a different container. The carrot juice itself was excellent and the juicer has a great future ahead at my house. The juicer overall performed very well. The actual time spent juicing the carrots was only a couple of minutes as the feed tube is 3 inches wide and it juiced the carrots very quickly. As with all juicers, there are a lot of parts that need to be disassembled and cleaned before putting it back on the shelf but even that went quickly. I am happy with the juicer but disappointed that it is only 800 watts instead of 1300 watts. The Amazon advertisement does list the product as model AJ15 which is the model number on the product I received. The juicer itself is 5 stars but the difference between 800 watts and 1300 watts is too big not to mention. This item is not as described. This item is only 800W. Dropped 2 stars for that. Also requires a crazy amount of clean up -1 star. It does work, but there are better option, even at this price point. I would look for something else.
