The mattress came well packed in a box and it is a two person job to lift it out. The only issue I see is that in the periphery of the bed, there is a big said in sitting, towards the middle there is stability, but to get on the bed, sitting in the corner, is sags down too much which is a significant issue. I've been sleeping on a strictly memory foam mattress for about 6 years now Over time, it has sagged in the middle and it's gotten concave I really like the idea of the hybrid mattress mixing pocket springs with memory foam It does feel more like a spring mattress, but I don't really mind It took a little getting used to, but I do feel more comfortable at night It's not as isolated as a memory foam, but it is softer and that works for me It arrived in a large box compressed flat It is very heavy and bulky. Not easy for one person to move that's for sure I was able to get it upstairs by myself but it was a challenge I unrolled it and let it sit for three days per the directions It looks well made and now that it's inflated it's not so hard to move around and not as bulky I've been sleeping on it a week now and so far I'm satisfied, but it does need a pillow top I don't like the feel of that fabric top myself and the pillow top helps a lot with comfort ... show more
