I made a beautiful kraken hat out of this yarn and it turned out amazing 🤩. Chenille yarn in general is a bit tough to work with because it’s soft and slippery. But the completed product is amazing. I made this for a friend and he loves it. He said it’s warm, soft on the skin and he got a lot of compliments on the hat. I’m very pleased with the yarn and the colors and how soft it turned out. I had no issues with the quality and the yarn was strong enough for me to get enough tension to make the tentacles curl. I tugged pretty hard on it and it didn’t break. I’m very happy with this yarn and will likely buy this brand again 😃

The blue and purple yarn is just gorgeous. My only issue is that the variegation has longer color sections than I would like. In some places blue or purple goes on for what seems like a long time before changing. I was weaving with it, and would have preferred more variation. That is probably not as much if an issue with knitting or crocheting. Combine it with black for really dramatic jewel tone color

Only reason it’s getting 2 stars is for the colors. This stuff is actually so thin I am extremely disappointed and yes I know the weight determines the width but I was still expecting a little thicker. Honestly the chenille yarn at dollar tree is better width and feeling. It might be good for some projects but definitely not what I was planning to use it for(large stuffed animals)

I have mixed feelings about this yarn. I love the colors, it is easy to work with and it is so soft. However, the texture is not consistent, there are many breaks in the same skein (I have used three skeins and each one had multiple breaks) and it breaks easily.
