I bought this because of a painful hemorrhoid problem that occurred. I had never used a bidet before, but I decided to take a chance on this. It worked exactly as I had hoped. With the wand fully extended it does not leak, like some others claim. The 6 spray holes are small and focused. I was skeptical when I bought it but this thing does the job well! I have used a toilet bidet but I'm renting a room and I can't attach mine to the toilet here. Thought I'd try a portable. First of all, the other models that have the little air-hole in the bottom that you have to put your finger over - not needed! Just stop squeezing for one second and it will pull air in through the nozzle making the bottle "full" again and ready to squeeze. SOOO glad I didn't get one with that hole in the bottom. THAT would probably be a mess. I didn't think the water pressure would be high enough but I was wrong. I've had perfect cleaning every time so far. And I haven't needed to refill it to finish the job. It does take a little practice though. It doesn't leak if you extend the wand correctly, but you need to hold it right when you tip it or water will start to come out the nozzle before you're ready. Experiment over the sink. My first try made a mess, but after that I figured it out. Now I only need toilet paper for one swipe - to dry, and to check the results ;) I don't understand why more American's (I'm American too) don't use a bidet. Would you use a paper towel to wipe dog poop off your hand? ... show more

I’m using this after I gave birth to my son, as the ones they give from the hospital just were not cutting it. This works so much better. Easy to use and holds a lot more water. I was worried it would leak from the extendable nozzle but it does not. The spray works good. Not too harsh. Shipping was fast, and the price was good. I would def recommend :) ... show more
