I was fairly skeptical when I bought this and even more so when it showed up and I saw the size of the box but this turned out to be amazing. It was super easy to put together and once built it is pretty decent size. My kiddo loves it and the remote is really handy. We have used this on concrete and gravel even uphill. Im super happy with this purchase especially for the price, other comparable tractors over considerably higher in price. Also the fact that I can connect it with Bluetooth to pay music is great! Happy mom, happy kiddo, great product!

The remote when pressed for forward and backwards, it's opposite on the remote control. But that is a parental remote.The tractors on /off switch, gas pedal , lights and music all work perfectly fine. Other than that the tractor was easy to put together. It's sturdy and goes great on grass too! Battery lasts pretty well, course if they are riding it for 2 straight hours its going to go dead . But we've only had to charge it a couple if times . Our 3 year old great grandson loves it.

I was not very easy to put together. Two hour battery life only. After two weeks we had problems with it going forward. The pedal stopped working. I do have to say the good thing is the company's customer care. They do reply within 24 hrs of me contacting them. And are working to correct all the issues we are having. One more thing the bucket broke after two and a half weeks. And we had to take it off. It's not really worth the money I spent.

Our original product had a couple issues. Joywhale customer service was prompt in replying, and did a fantastic job supplying videos and potential solutions to our issues. I will 100% order from them again. My kiddo absolutely loves the tractor too. It has a bucket that goes up and down, and is just all around a great product that he's in love with.

The forward and reverse button doesn’t work correctly. You put it in forward and it will go backwards or just sit there. Same when putting it in reverse.
