I ordered this for my husband who sometimes has to sleep on the road while away on the job. This thing came in today an it is only 4ft 2 inches long. He is over 6 ft. Why would anyone make a mattress for adults this small? Sending it back today! This thing is pathetic.

I think this product is best suited for dogs, but didn't really like the feel of it for resting on myself. It is great quality materials and instructions to set up are excellent.

Got this for my pup that travels with me, he loves.the sturdier feeling then his old one which was not hard. I even laid down on it to test it out and it held me not problem at 220lbs.

I appreciate the pockets for storing essentials like water bottles and leashes, but I wish it had protectors for doors to prevent foot scrapes. I have a job that requires me to be on the road a lot, and after long days I sometimes need to take naps in my car to avoid driving while exhausted. I used to keep an inflatable camping mattress in my car, which I loved, but when I had to downsize cars, that no longer fit. So I chose this as a replacement because I wanted something simpler to set up without having to inflate on the side of the road, and needed something smaller for my smaller vehicle. This fit both those needs. However, it's probably meant more for pets or kids and not adults who are more susceptible to sleep pain. I was fine on the inflatable mattress, but this--while much more convenient--is just nowhere near padded enough to be comfortable. It's nice and small to fold up when not in use, but that means sacrificing padding and comfort. So it's a trade off...you gain a little more surface area, and flatter area than just sleeping directly on your car seats, but I think the padding in the car seats is softer and more comfortable, personally. I do like, however, that it has two different ways you can set it up. It can fit in the backseat and expand the seat as shown in the pictures. If you put your back seats down, you can also keep this folded in half for double the padding and lay it down parallel with the car for more room to stretch out. PROS --expands your back seat --rigid --materials feel good quality --multiple ways you can set it up in your car --folds pretty small for storage (about the size of a pillow) --better than sleeping on the hard car floor when all your seats are down CONS --not padded enough to be comfortable for an adult --sleeping directly on the car seat is probably softer
