We got this bike for our son for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! Due to the block-pattern stickers on the bike, he actually thought it was a "Minecraft" bike. So that made it even more awesome for him. 👍🏻 The assembly was really easy, and both the seat and handlebar height are easily adjustable. So far, it seems to be pretty sturdy but we've only had it for a few weeks, so I can't give it a full 5 stars yet. The price of this bike was ok, but to be honest, I think pricing it under $100 would be a little more reasonable. Our son is already anxious to get the training wheels off so he can go "big-boy-bike-riding" with his older brother. Overall, it's a great bike for beginners. ... show more

We recently bought the 14 inch bike for my 5 year old son because he had grown too tall for his 12 inch bike. That extra 2 inches in the wheels made all the difference in his riding ability. He was riding without training wheels on his 12 inch bike (started at 4 years old) but it 'hurt his legs' to try to keep up with big brother. Now he is fast and can stay with his brother on his 14 inch bike. I wish we could have bought his a 16 inch bike because 14 inches is a very uncommon wheel size for bikes, but with him being shorter (22 inch inseam on his jeans) and that he rides without training wheels, the 16 inch bikes were way TOO big even with the seat all the way down. Great bike, very sturdy and easy to put together, even for non-handy people. :) ... show more

Great bike for minimum 3yr old riders. (14" wheels). Bike at first appears very heavy especially in comparison to my son's balance bike. have to review of all the competing bikes, this bike is easily one of the lightest bikes out there. The bike was at first very difficult to pedal, I needed to make some adjustments to the back wheel in loosening the chain slightly. This bike comes with a handbrake in addition to the traditional pedal brake, the hand brake needed significant adjustment out of the box. Overall this bike is awesome. My 4 year old loves riding it. He is on the shorter end of the height for this size bike but he stands on his tip toes and is able to start by himself with ease. The hand break caliper was mounted incorrectly when it was delivered and the directions weren’t the most clear. Fortunately my husband fixed what Santa’s elves messed up on Christmas Eve! We’ll get many hours of bike riding out of this bike. ... show more
