I give Customer service (5 stars) from there help in replacing the greenhouse skin. I give the frame (5 starts) for the ease of installing the frame and the skin. I give the material/skin (1 star) for not lasting 6 months. The frame is great, even when Joyside sent the replacement skin, it was easy taking the old one off, lowering the frame to install the new skin. The material that it's made of will not last a year. Around the zipper started tearing after just a few weeks of having it. Even the new one they sent me I've had up for a week and it's already starting to tear at the zipper. It's tight and hard to zip. I put wax on all the zippers to help it zip easier, it's not working. Once this new skin comes apart, I will discard the entire greenhouse. To me, it's not worth the money, I won't buy again. Sorry Joyside, but thank you for replacing the skin even after the warranty was out. The sun, heat, wind, rain, will destroy the plastic skin. I live in Central California, it does get hot here. The inside of the greenhouse during the summer got over 122 degrees even with misters over the top and fans inside, the wind came up and destroyed the material/skin. We’d had some problems with snap freezes damaging our container plants over the last few years, so decided to hedge our bets with a portable greenhouse this year. This one, for a bit over a hundred bucks, worked really well. The stakes attached to the vinyl(?) cover itself worked okay, but we augmented that with an old “bubble-wrap style” pool cover stretched over the structure and held down on both sides by sacrificial large container plants. We had up to 60mph wind gusts at times, and everything held firm. No damages. I hold no opinion as to whether the “guy wires” for it would have worked as well. This in conjunction with a Palma greenhouse heater made for the snazziest winter our outdoor container plants have ever experienced. I wish I’d gotten the larger version of it, though, so more of our plants could have shared the joy. It would have been only twenty bucks more (at the time.) ... show more

It was very easy to put up and take down when needed. The tarp is good and pretty strong. Only bad thing is that strong winds can whip it pretty bad and the loops that hold the tie down can come out. The steel frame and the canopy part are alot sturdier than I expected. BUT..My husband reinforced it 1,000 % (costs us and extra 60 bucks for the wood) by pulling it taute, measuring it and building a 4x4 treated wood frame to bolt the frame to that. Then added a 2x4 lip on top of the 4x4s to secure the canopy part via screws and then a 1x4 outer baseboard for extra reinforcement, all the way around. It is very sturdy. Doesn't flap in the wind at all. I have 3 of the 4 windows open for air flow. The weight of the wood alone. Should keep it from flying away. It is very heavy now. The only thing I can say about this after it was pulled tight and measured for framing. It is an 8.5x6.5.ft not 7ft as stated in description. But that's ok. It works for me. I just wanted to be sure my garden bed fit in there. And it does.. along with planters and stuff on the other side. I still have room to move around in there. I'll update after the season is over. So I have gone through over 5 greenhouses. All of them easily blew away, were too small or ripped. This is a large greenhouse. I have large tropical plants inside as well as veggies. It is better to be on grass so you can use the pikes. If it's on the cement it is not as secure

Finally, got good enough weather to put this up. I probably could have put this up by myself, but did have one other person plus a kid helping, and it went up in 15 minutes. I agree with other comments about the stakes to secure it to the ground, so went and got those yellow tent stakes.

(Update below my original review! ) Of course, my return window closed, so there’s not much I can do. After only 2 months of this being up, it is now tearing right out of the edge binding. This is not out in the open, it’s in between two other sheds and in front of a block wall . Therefore, it is not getting hit by winds, like it would in the open. My mom loves this greenhouse and her plants are beautiful! They’ve survived temperatures in the teens. We are in Southern Arizona and these temperatures have been unusually cold. I have a greenhouse heater in there, attached to a thermostat and it is perfect. My biggest issue from the beginning was, there is no tail around the bottom to securely seal the edges down. Leaves blow in there under the sides all the time. Plus now it’s tearing. There is no possible way to repair it, except I purchased tarp tape. This is very disappointing. It makes me wonder what kind of shape it’s going to be in, when we take it down to store it until next winter. This should’ve lasted much longer! I’m having no luck on how to contact the seller, to see what they’ll do. Probably nothing. I missed the return window by a day! Update: since I posted this review, the seller actually contacted me and offered to replace the entire greenhouse. Although, replacing it would be ok, however, that wouldn’t remove or fix the issues. I opted for a refund, I will just make it last this winter. I do greatly appreciate the customer service I received, even though I was past the return date. That is why I have this another star! If they come up with a better option, I will purchase through them again! ... show more

Easy to put up and take down, nice having openings on both sides. Needs more tags to anchor the cover to the ground as well as needs more tabs to attach the cover to the frame on the inside. Still a nice little greenhouse.
