Updated 8/18/2022: It looks like Amazon refunded me for the purchase, without my asking. adjusting my review to 3 stars because there was some resolution. Leaving the review up in hopes it helps people in the future if they are receiving refurbished items that are so expensive and clearly broken. Updated 7/11/2022: Company continues to contact me to give me $20 off to remove my review. It has now been upped to $40 from multiple email addresses that I keep blocking. I have a giant countertop dishwasher that was mailed to me on an island used when I bought a NEW product. It is a hassle to return so I have made it work myself by disassembling and reassembling the unit. (oh, and it still doens't clean well even rinsing the dishes prior to putting them in). No, I will not remove my review. Again, go buy a real dishwasher and save yourself the headache and gambling with a $400 product that isn't gauranteed to work. But don't worry, you won't get offered your full money back, but a whopping $20. Updated 7/4/2022: Dishes do not get very clean. I think this is because the water does not get very hot in the unit while washing. Water stays inside the machine after a drying cycle causing condensation on your 'dry' dishes and washer door window. E9 error on every "Heavy" load, so that's just not a possibility. Just buy a full size dishwasher and run a line. It's cheaper, holds more, and actually functions as advertised. Waste of $400 this countertop one. Original Review: Unit arrived with water drops inside the bag. Upon first running the unit, received an E9 error. Tried running the second time and the unit ran out of water while running on the "Light" mode (even though the unit was filled until the light came on. So my first 2 uses have failed. Will be trying a 3rd today. Scratch on the face of the unit. (cannot see in photos, but I can see with the naked eye an feel the scratch with my fingernail. I'm frustrated when I buy "New" products and they get here and have CLEARLY been used/returned for defects. I live on an island, shipping takes a long time and it's a pain to go to the post office to pickup/dropoff stuff when shipped. If I buy something new, give me a NEW product. Not a returned/refurbished item with no QA/QC - This is ridiculous. ... show more

I live in a studio apartment with no dishwasher and it fits perfectly under my counter, but after about fifteen cycles it started rattling pretty loud. It still works and as long as I keep a rag beneath it, it muffles the rattle but I still highly recommend for people in a tight spot!

I have used this machine several times now. It is indeed small. I have a small kitchen and don't want to waste space on a full sized dishwasher. A big plus, since I have back problems, is that it is at countertop level, so I don't have bend over to load and unload. This machine is super quiet. Some may find filling the water reservoir a pain, but I appreciate that it keeps the kitchen sink spigot free. Overall, I like it and am glad I bought it. It does a good job, and as long as it holds up, I will be happy. You cannot put large 12 inch plates in this. Pots and pans prob won't fit. ... But I still like it. ... show more

Update: It's been 3 months and I'm still loving it. Works the same as it did day one and just as quiet. Still happy with my purchase. My dishwasher broke a few months ago. I've been washing dishes by hand and it sucks. Got this dishwasher a few days ago and am loving it. I wish I would have done this a long time ago. It gets my dishes so clean and is quiet. It's a little smaller than I expected, but it's better than washing dishes by hand and I would definitely recommend too. ... show more

It's adorable and functional. Washes a few mugs and flatware. Big plates will not fit even at an angle but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. Easy to fill and we drain into a bucket to empty. Using the gel/liquid cascade detergent in the spot for it on door and so far so good.

This portable dishwasher is an excellent buy! It's so easy to use. It chimes when it needs water and chimes again when it's full and ready to wash. It has a blinking signal that visually gives you the same info. Very helpful. It takes 3 of it's pitchers that comes with it. (filled exactly to the bottom of the pour spout as a stopping point.) Easy as that. Great touch display and clear digital countdown. What sold me most is the removable, optional top rack that utilizes the very top three quarters inch or so of the inner washer space for your silverware or large flat spoons and most spatulas. It's a very clever way to get even more dishes washed in a load and to utilize every bit of space in the washer. Both top and bottom spray arms work great together.
