The glass holds 2 ounces which is what a espresso cup and saucer holds. I like the fact that no saucer is necessary and that the glass is cool to the touch. You do not feel the hot liquid.

These are nice little 3 oz glasses for pulling a double shot and having a little room for comfort or to add cream, sugar or milk. I've read other reviews to know to be gentle with these and hand wash them. One thing to note, both glasses have a little possible imperfection between the double walls. These little divots are maybe just part of the manufacturing process, but the product photos do not show the divots, so I thought I would mention it. They don't cause any problem using the glasses, and I don't expect that it would be an issue in the future with one of the walls fracturing and allowing water in, has some reviewers have experienced. But for the price, these are nice little glasses that do the job well for however long. ... show more

    • Dishwater caught between layers.

Double checked the product info and it says these are dishwasher safe. Always washed on the top rack and have had these for about 4 months. After one of the washes, one of them had dirty water between the double glass layers and I have not been able to remove it. No visible scratches or cracks either so I don't know how the water got stuck in there. It is still usable just weird to look at. ... show more
