We haven’t had a year yet. Warranty is good for 1 year. Screen went out. We called and all we got was that we had to return at our expense and it would take at least 3 weeks to get back. We are a restaurant that has to have 2 registers and they were no help at all!

    • Royal Software doesn't work
I purchased a couple of these registers as Royal also produces software to load the registers via their "Cash Register Link" The link doesn't work, their customer service promises to contact you (its been a month & 3 calls to them) The registers are difficult to say the least if you have to enter everything on their split keyboard. I wouldn't recommend any of their products based on their lack of concern of their failed software. ... show more
