I won't bore you with the gruesome details of how many stores I've gone to looking for actual blackout curtains instead of the claim of blackout curtains. If you can see the sun through your blackout curtains, they aren't really blackout curtains. These, FINALLY, are what I've been looking for. Sure they feel a bit like expensive shower curtains, but if somebody comes over to feel my curtains, I would have more concerns about them than how my curtains feel. I live in the south and it gets very hot here. I attempted to tint my windows but that was a failure. I do not have shades because cats and shades do not work. Finally an answer! Actual blackout curtains that work! This will help lower my electric bill. I don't necessarily live in a noisy environment, but it will definitely help muffle the neighborhood noises. Because these are blackout curtains, I was concerned about my home being too dark. I thought about buying more LED lights, but it kind of defeats the purpose of saving money. That's why I got the white color. It brightens up the place even while blocking out the light. If you're looking for blackout curtains, look no further. I put my flashlight on my phone and put it behind the curtain and could not see even a flicker from my phone. With these so-called blackout curtains that I kept running into, I was able to see light from my camera. Considering how well these work, I'm surprised at how cheap they are. I have replaced all my curtains with these. I highly recommend these for anybody looking for blackout curtains.

When I received the 1st order, I was disappointed with the quality. It felt like plastic and the white has a grayish tint to it. It looked to me like it will melt in a washing machine. So I washed it to make sure it will be OK. It has to be washed cold. It turned out ok. I ironed and hung it and waooo.....I new it was what I had been looking for. So I ordered 3 more. The color is perfect for my bedroom. It looks so sofisticated and blackout 100% light in the day time. I love it so very much. Will order more for other rooms in the house. Great product.

Only thing I don’t like is that the backing is black- which it’s supposed to be since they are blackout curtains- however, because of that the curtains have a grayish hue instead of the white I really wanted. Kept them since they work

These are great blackout curtains. The fabric is flat (no sheen like taffeta-style fabric). I like the loops for hanging. Unfortunately I need to return due to he height of the existing curtain rods in my new home (i don’t want to repaint), but I did want to leave a positive review for these curtains since they are an excellent choice for someone looking for blackout curtains.

I read the reviews that said the fabric was like a shower curtain. I've had fabric shower curtains, that wouldn't bother me. However, these are like a shower curtain liner. They feel like vinyl. They do block out the light but that's not enough for me.
