I loved this blanket before I even took it out of the box. The print is perfect... Not babyish like other small weighted blankets. Came in a nice carrying case which will be useful when I need to store it. I was searching for a smaller less heavy blanket for summer. My full size weighted blanket was getting too hot and heavy (lol) for the summer months and the weight ( even tho it is only 12lbs) was causing leg, back, and hip pain. I was pushing it partway of the bed to get cooler and the heavy weight hanging over the bed was the cause for the pain. I purchased and returned another bamboo cooling blanket which was also a nice blanket altho not cooler. When I found this one in that print at THAT price! I ordered it even tho it was slightly lighter in weight than what I thought I wanted. Turns out it is perfect. The material doesn't slide around the bed at night, the smaller glass beads don't shift or make any noise, the 5lbs provide the feeling of comfort and security I enjoy with my other weighted blanket, but because it is just the right size to cover just my torso, I can sleep cooler without my limbs being under a heavier blanket. My wife hadn't been sleeping for about a month and bought this blanket to see if it would help her, it did just that, she sleeps through the night now and says it has made her sleep better and I can say she does not move as much due to restless sleeping, I would recommend to anyone who is on the fence, it does work and happy wife 8) ... show more

I had heard all of the rave about weighted blankets and finally decided to try one. I didn’t want to spend a fortune so I got one that was reasonably priced and I have been so happy with it. The weight is distributed evenly and I can totally say that I have noticed an improvement in my sleep.

I got my first blanket and it was great, after around a month I was suddenly finding glass beads all over my bed. The blanket was clearly leaking but it was impossible to find the hole. I assumed it was either defective or I accidentally ripped it when I brought it on my trip. I asked for a return and was readily shipped one. I was happy to have my blanket again. TWO DAYS, that’s right two days later my replacement blanket started leaking beads. It had not left my room sense getting it.
