As soon as the machine was pulled out of the box is had rust on it, did not appear to be a used or returned unit. Has shown error code E2 3 times and stopped producing ice in the few days that I've owned it. I was able to turn it off and back on and then it worked again. The ice machine does not have a 48# bin as advertised. It holds 30# of ice. The dimensions provided by the website are also bigger than the actual ice machine.I also double checked to make sure that I did not receive the other smaller ice machine listed. This machine measures H- 31.375" D-17.25" W- 21.75"
