It works well but in order to use ice u have to break it apart because when it drop it comes out in large chunks of small pieces but overall works great will turn off and not turn back on on any form of power surge.. drains very little water when you don’t have a outlet for hose connection . Did not like this machine at first. I read the book start to finish and found that from the factory the water tube that fills the ice tray was installed the wrong direction causing water to melt the already made ice causing the machine to error out when it ran out of water. Following the care and cleaning instructions I adjusted the tube and this this is an ice making monster! Love works great for my business we pull three complete bins from it a day! ... show more

Unfortunately I had received an ice maker that didn’t make any ice due to a “E2” error. I am giving a 5 star due to great customer service and ended up receiving a new working ice maker. The ice machine itself makes ice really fast, faster than my freezers built-in ice maker. Finally able to do my ice baths which was originally for my intended use. ... show more

We absolutly love this! And for the price you cannot beat it. We have bagged so much ice for events and it is so nice when you have company over that you have great ice at all times! The ice is always fresh because it is always making more. The only down side to this is it does make some noise so I would make sure it is put in an area where you won't hear it all the time. Ours is in our laundry room so we don't hear it when we are sleeping or watching tv. ... show more

We have a small family restaurant and needed an ice machine that would put out about 70 lbs a day. This has been perfect for us so far. We have had it for ink a few days and it has been able to keep up. Will review again in several months
