I like the structure of this hamper and the handles are nice. Other than that, I found the directions to be kea-grade at best. It was frustrating to put together, took me about 30minutes. The youtube video I found was way more helpful than the paper guide, but even that was somewhat unclear. It won't look as good as the picture, just accept that. ... show more

I am a big fan of Joseph Joseph products in general, so when I saw this I knew I had to try it out. Overall this is a great product, however, there are a few things to note. 1) It is a lot bigger than it looks! Not so big that it takes up an entire room, but it's not going to blend in if that's what you're looking for! 2) The lid is a little on the cheap side if you ask me - not terrible, but given the price I think it could be a bit better. But it does the job so I'll let it slide. 3) The most important thing...there is a strong chance you will need to watch the instruction video...yes you read that correctly...an instruction video for a laundry hamper! The paper instructions make more sense when you've watched it, but when it's talking about folding the edges in, you're going to wonder where exactly you need to put them as there doesn't look like there is any space to fold anything. There is - bear with it! Also on assembly, it is a little tricky given how tight the fabric is - there is no give, so when you're trying to get it over the lips of the frame, it's a bit on the tough side. Saying this however, maybe you who are reading this, decide to get it and have no issue whatsoever and don't need the instructions - if that's you, congrats! For everyone else, don't feel bad that it seems like you've been defeated by a laundry hamper - you're not alone!! ... show more

The final product is quite nice, but the process to get there, it’s a two drink minimum. I literally just built an entire house and this made the top ten list for frustrating things.
