I love that this stores flat to fit in my junk drawer of utensils, also makes it easier to clean! the whisk can be “opened” one handed which is great for a mom to young babies. the only down side is it sometimes starts to “close” while whisking, depending on what you’re whisking. still need a traditional whisk in my arsenal but good quality and value for the money ... show more

So glad I bought this, replaced multiple old whisks. It is pretty sturdy. I love how it can easily be turned into a balloon or flat whisk depending on your needs. The best part is that it collapses flat so when you put it in the drawer for storage it doesn't get caught on anything. There is nothing more infuriating than trying to open your utensil drawer and something is stuck and you have to fight to get the drawer open.
