There is no question the quality of this product is top of the line but when I received product, box was really damaged and once I opened the box, a lot of parts were damaged. I notified amazon I had a damage product and arranged to have the table picked up and a new one was delivered. Table is solid and needed 2 people to bring down to my basement in sections. When I brought the 2nd half down, I noticed that one of the white metal bars that go under one side of the table was hanging on loose by a screw (6 Screws) and the holes going into the table are stripped. Now I have to figure out a way to reconnect it. While I love the table and am having amazing games on it, I should have to fix anything for a $700 purchase. The company needs to figure out a more secure packaging method. I feel like I should be credited back some money...at least $100 for 2 damaged products.

It arrived fast, I'm a 57 year old female, I assembled it very quickly and alone. It is very heavy but in two separate parts to haul to the basement helped. Great quality, folds up easily. I originally ordered the STIGA Advantage Professional Table that Ships through NSD. It was going to take weeks to receive. I'm still getting an error message saying they can't send it yet because they can't get a hold of me with the delivery date. Amazon tried to cancel and I do have a cancellation number, but it sat in the Amazon warehouse waiting for the NSD. I'm going to reject it, if it arrives, but am out money until there's shipper figures out how to communicate. I was so pleased with the fast delivery company of the JOOLA. After unboxing, there were no damages at all. Good quality, nice features, score keeping, each corner holds several balls.

Update - 4/25/2018 . We finally got the free Joola Balls. Also we have been using the table for 5 months now. We love it. Initial review I was looking for a Table tennis table under $400. Joola Rally TL 300 was not in my list initially. During the Thanks giving holidays, the price was reduced by 50% and it came within my range. I looked up the TL 300 in the Joolausa.com website but couldnโt find it in there, which still is a little odd. I did some research online and every one seems to give it a good review. There is nothing on the table which says that it is Joola Rally TL 300. It only has the Joola logo on it. Only on the packaging it has a sticker noting that this is a Joola Rally TL 300. The SKU is 11131 as per the package. The setup was pretty easy. The instructions were okay, not great by today's standards. I like the fact that it came in two separate pieces so it can be easily moved into position. The two halfโs are pretty heavy and you do need a partner. Once the legs are attached it is easy to move the separate pieces. Each piece has four legs. Two legs were pre-attached on each piece. The manufacturer had already installed the caster wheels to the 'T-frames'. All I needed to do was to attach those frames to other two the bottom legs of the table. It took me about half an hour to attach the 4 legs with he help of my teenager.The ball holders at the end is a nice touch, but it could have been a lot sturdier. I did not care much about the Magnetic scorers and has not attached it yet. The table can be easily separated and folded for storage or for one person to practice with one side folded up. The table has a 15 mm surface and is black in color. The two halfs are not connected to each other. Net and post set included. the table can be easily folded. One improvement i would suggest is to have locks on the legs so that it locks in place when it is used for playing. Just like those foldable tables have locks and , if you wanted to fold the table you'd have to slide back the lock. We have had the table for over a month now and the kids are loving it. The top surface and the undercarriage are extremely sturdy and well made. One note of caution. The edges of the table are pretty sharp and my younger son did injure his fingers on one of the edges. Hope to have a lot of fun with the kids during this holiday season and many more years to come.

Bought for Christmas and it's been a hit so far. The instructions are for set-up are not great, but it's also not complicated at all. It lives up to everything it says in the description. Can't vouch for longevity at this point, but it appears to be very well made and I don't expect issues based on what I see. My 11 year old son is able to set up the single play by himself which is great. Definite recommend if you're looking for a nice family ping pong table.

My new Joola Rally arrived this afternoon. I've only played on it once, but I felt the ball's true bounce, and - it's hard to believe I know - I felt much more in control of the ball. I did just buy some new 3-star balls (I guess my previous were 1-star), so my improved comfort might be due to the better ball as much as the better table. Whichever or both, it is really a vastly improved experience. My old table was real beat up. Jeff Z, Winchester, MA A few observations - > The manual was poorly translated, and the photos provided for assembly were not clear. You had to "figure it out." And I'm a reasonably mechanical person who has no difficulty following directions and assembling even complex things. > I think they said "10 minutes to assemble with only a screwdriver.." Well, maybe if you've already done it many times...Needed to figure it out, as I said the directions were not great. Luckily I had a ratchet set and the right sized wrench, otherwise it would have been a slow struggle >it is unclear how to use the string chain mechanism to adjust the tautness of the net. No illustrations. I sort of just looped the extra string with the chain on either end of the net around the post. Don't think it ill be an issue going forward, but not sure I'm using it optimally. >there were a few minor mars or scratches on the table. That being said they are really small and near the net, so they aren't very noticeable or significant. When all is said and done, the end product is fantastic!
