I read dozens of reviews before purchasing this comforter set and I have come to the conclusion that reviews that say “I love it” or “It’s just what I wanted” are of no help at all. Here’s what I wanted to know when I started reading: Is the color described correctly? Well I ordered the color Green and I can say that it basically looks like the picture. I would call it a Sage Green, but it is not dark in color and basically looks like a soft Sage Green. Does it look cheap? Well the price is relatively cheap so if you are expecting to see a luxurious comforter you will be disappointed, but I do feel you get your money’s worth in this comforter. Actually I think it looks more expensive than it costs. How is the weight? It is a lightweight comforter but I find it is adequate for all seasons. If I want to add a blanket to my bed in winter, I will do so. What is included in the set? A sheet set with pillowcases. A comforter and two shams. My bed is a Queen size but I ordered a King Comforter set. Yes, I can’t use the sheet set and yes, the King pillow shams look ridiculous on a queen bed, but I feel the Queen size would not hang over the sides far enough. The jury is still out on whether buying a King size for a Queen bed is the prudent thing to do. All in all I am happy with my purchase. I included photos and I feel that the photos show the true green color. It is a light Sage Green and looks great with my Seafoam wall paint. I haven’t washed my comforter so I can’t comment on the wash ability. ... show more

I had no idea the comforter set would look this good on my guest bed. The room was just remodeled, and the comforter set made the room look outstanding. The sheets are thin but okay for an overnight or two to sleep on. This is my preference, and I like the sheets and set for my home.
