This is a great comforter set. The color is beautiful and it is soft and well made. I bought it because I am a hot sleeper and needed something lightweight. I sweat all night doing the covers on/covers off tango with this comforter. It is bulky to wash and dry. I want to love it but it doesn’t work for me for most seasons. I looked at several, and read reviews edited purchasing. This is microfiber, so by nature of the material it is going to feel thinner than cotton, but i beleive it’ll have durability. It’s lightweight, not heavy. Beautiful so far, and easy to clean, doesn’t hold stains which is important with a toddler around. I like the black on the other side, it’s a nice look for sheets against that background, so i ordered black pillow shams to bring out that part and use on the bedding in conjunction with the pillow shams offered with the comforter. This is the second time I’ve bought this blanket and while it is comfortable, it has been impossible for me to dry them. The first one burned and has holes in it due to drying in medium heat. The second one that I bought, I put in the dryer on the lowest setting, and it still ruined the blanket. The only way I see drying this blanket possible without destroying it is hang drying it. Unfortunately I live in a third story apartment so I am unable to hang dry an item this big. I’d say this blanket is only worth it if you don’t plan on washing it ... show more
