This box looks great and is sturdy. It folds easily and has several compartments. This could be good for overnights or car trips but is too bulky for plane travel or times when space is limited. It has a mirror for make application which is a nice feature. The color is a great pink and my daughter loves it!

When the package arrived, I thought it was waaaayy smaller than I needed. I wanted a compact solution to store all of my Halloween makeup and I was concerned this would not work. But something told me to just open it to make sure. Thank goodness I did because I was able to fit ALL of my things in there including a large bottle of liquid latex! The fact that it has a mirror built in with a removable close up mirror is fantastic. Quality of closures and hinges is good, (the key seems a little dainty but I won't really use that) and liked that the bottom of each shelf is lined with a felt material or you can just leave the cling plastic on it. This surpassed my expectations.

I absolutely love this “cosmetic box,” however; I am trying to replace my older 15 year old Kaboodle box. The cosmetic box that I ordered is small, very small. I should have paid attention to the size. I will return it in exchange for a much larger one. If you are looking for a cosmetic box, purchase this one. I need one that can fit other personal hygiene as well.
