It’s always difficult to review items like these since you cannot measure any immediate effects. And how do I know my joints, bones and cartilage are functioning better except by the totally unscientific perception of how I feel. So, I can only report on exactly that and general information about the gummies. And here goes…. As I have gotten older, I have more popping noises from my jaw and pain and stiffness around my knees, in particular, due to an accident about 10 years ago. I have been taking these gummies for the last 3 weeks and I can honestly say I have felt a bit more limber and my joints feel less stiff and painful in general. Not miraculously but just a good, general feeling overall regarding my joints. As for the gummies themselves: Pros: * Gummies are raspberry flavored and taste great. * Gummies did not cause any negative side effects such as upset stomach, burping, heartburn, nausea, etc. * Gummies are organic and GMO free. * Cost is $18.42 for 120 gummies. Directions say to take 2 gummies, per day so that gives you a 60-day supply. This is a reasonable and comparable cost for a supplement such as this. * It is recommended to take at any point throughout the day. So, there is no having to remember to take it 20-30 minutes before a meal. (When a supplement requires this, I find it a hindrance to making sure I take them on a regular basis because I tend to forget). Cons: * So far, I have found no negative reactions or issues. Again, it’s hard to say if the item is working without lab tests so I can’t respond to that but at this point it makes me feel better and seems a really excellent product that I would buy again with no hesitation. ... show more
