I ordered these gummies because I have trouble swallowing BIG pills. The mango flavor is delicious! It's a bonus that they are sugar free. I take one before breakfast and one at night just in case of stomach upset. This supplement has SULFATES (which is the good one they use in studies on knee cartilage) whereas the other is a different formula. I'm not sure if they will help but I figure they are worth a try. Some reviewers mentioned that they stick together and are hard to get out of the bottle. They do stick together, but I just lay the bottle on it's side and they are easily accessible. Like that both the main ingredients are stronger than alot on the market especially for the $$. They do stick together pretty bad but have learned how to get two out without the entire bottle coming.

I have been using these gummies for over four months and I really feel a difference in my joints - no more achiness and as a result have better range of motion. They taste good and are easy to digest on a sensitive stomach. Also, they do not contain corn syrup which is a common allergen!
