This works amazingly! My doctor told me to give joint supplements time to ‘build’ in the body before I’d see results. And he was right. When I was near the end of my first bottle the pain in my hand at night started decreasing drastically! I’ve finished the first bottle and I have no to very little cramping and pain in my finger joints at night when it’s the worse and basically none in the day time. The bottle stated 2 gummies twice a day which isn’t a month supply, confusing, but I decided to do that for the first couple of weeks then reduce to 2 gummies a day. That worked great for me I would take two in the morning and two before bed and I did that for about two weeks then just took two a day. I highly recommend this product and will continue to be using this for years to come. Also taste DELICIOUS!! Want to eat the whole bottle in one sitting ! Lol!

I was taking a glucosamine supplement for a few years. I quit taking it, just another pill to have to swallow, and after a couple weeks I started hurting pretty bad. I found these gummies and thought the idea of chewing a piece of candy in place of taking a pill would be worth a try. They do seem to help, after a month I'm not in as much pain and they taste great. A little hard to chew at first, especially with dentures. But I found that if you just let them kinda "melt in your mouth" first, they are quite a bit easier to chew.

I started taking these supplements when I was training for a body builder competition. That was ten years ago. Now, I’m older and my apartment is a four story walk up. When I don’t take these, I definitely feel my knees are weaker and get sore more easily. Plus, they make a great afternoon snack! Keep them in air tight container because over time they will get a little harder.

Way easier to ingest than the “horse pills” that usually come with this supplement and very tasty. Maybe a bit more expensive but to me it is worth it not to chock and gag on the giant pills that I used to take.
