In 2015, I had my knee drained three times for a total of 2700ml of semi-clear fluid and was diagnosed with an inflamed medial meniscus. The pain and swelling was only getting worse and my doctor was discussing surgery. Luckily, my rheumatologist suggested liquid glucosamine and showed me a picture of this bottle on his phone. I was taking glucosamine pills by mouth every day and was skeptical of his recommendation to say the least. After taking a double dose of this liquid for a week, I forgot about my knee problems and never had to visit the doctor again for it. My knee no longer clicked when I walked and any remaining swelling vanished. This product worked so well in my case, I'd dare to call it a cure and I don't use that word lightly. I keep this product on hand in case I have any issues, but hadn't taken it in years before this last month. When I work at my computer, I fold my knee underneath myself or sit cross-legged with my body leaned far over; basically with my feet against my chest. It sounds painful, but I am very flexible and it feels good to stretch in this fashion. Now that I am getting older, some of the joints don't return to normal as readily as they used to. In early February, my knee was the size of a cantaloupe and I immediately reached for this bottle. It was far beyond the expiration date and tasted very bitter, but it worked its magic in under three days while taking a double dose. By Valentines day, I had forgotten that I ever had an issue.     • Works faster than pills, but doesn't last all day if you take the full dose once a day.
I have worn hips and knees from flat feet, and I have found glucosamine and chondroitin help keep my joints fluid and pain-free. I've had to slowly up my dose over the years, and I hate taking pills. So when I found out about this product, I decided to give it a try. WOW does it work fast! With pills, it takes me a day to 'dose up' and get the full effect. But with this liquid version, it provided full relief within a half-hour. It's amazing just for that. The downside to fast action is fast fade. It's not a time-release product. If I only take a dose once a day, by the end of that day I'm getting sore and stiff again. So I simply split the dose up, mornings and evenings. Fixes the problem easily. As with any supplement, take the time to figure out the dose that works for you. You might not need the full 30ml dose to get relief. The product includes a measuring cup with different amounts marked on it, so you can precisely measure out what you want to take that day. The flavor claims to be 'berry' but it tastes like cough syrup. This is the only real negative I can give about the product, but I don't find the flavor bad. Not good, but not bad. If you want,. you can always mix a dose with juice or something to hide the flavor. ... show more

I can't find Joint Juice any longer on Amazon or Costco where I was buying it, so I switched to this. The taste is eh, ok I guess. I just can't really tell if it is doing anything for me. I had to stop using it for two weeks prior to knee surgery, and I can't really tell any difference in the way I feel now compared to using it. I might stay off of it a little longer and go back to using it to see how I feel. The jury is still out, but I think I might be spending a lot of money for very little results. ... show more

    • Horrible taste couldn't speak to if it works...
This tasted so foul!!! A friend of mine swears by this and I used to take glucosamine capsules so I thought what a great product. Unfortunately it's not the one for me. It tasted like medication and I couldn't even swallow it. That's not to say someone else wouldn't like it, as I said my friend loves this and it's helped her immensely after having her hip replaced. For me though? I couldn't get past the taste. It's a thick fluid and the bottle is sturdy, it even comes with a cup to measure your dosage. I know glucosamine has helped a number of people with joint pain and I wish I could've tried this for a bit to see if it would help me too. If you can handle the medicinal taste (maybe it won't taste that way to you) give this a try! ... show more

    • Good liquid glucosamine
We have been taking this glucosamine instead of the pills. The absorption seems faster than pills. The cost seems a bit high but it seems to work.
