Description

This JLX billet laser is equipped with an ultra-bright green laser (Class II, <1mW) beam which is 400% more visible than red lasers and can be used to extend reference beams over long distances. With five vials, this level accurately measures 0°, 30°, 45° and 90° while the Multi-Pitch vial reads in 1/8" increments for measuring drainage slope. It also features a solid machined aluminum billet frame with protective anodized finish for durability. Powerful GripTight rare earth magnets hold to flat or round ferrous metal surfaces for convenient hands-free use.

**if you do a lot of drilling in concrete like I do then just know the silica will get into the threads of the battery compartment and ruin them very quickly. I have bought 4 of these so far because it’s essential to my job and going to outfit my company with them. but wrap some electrical tape around the base of the button to stop that from happening. *** I do commercial garage door installation and we do buildings with 100-400 doors . There are these one piece tracks to dock doors that have no wall angle on the uppers. Leaving you wondering how to actually level this thing. Laser level works if you’re not in AZ like me , but you’d have to go down and get out of your lift to move it EVERY track. But this things laser is 1 3/4” from bottom of level and on these tracks there’s brackets on the outside of lower angle for wind load. Well to the outside of that bracket from edge of the angle is exactly 1 3/4” so you just hit this dot to the outside of that bracket and it’s money. ... show more

This laser level works great especially for lining up conduit or locating dimensions between points. I use this for industrial electrical work and it’s a huge asset when transferring dimensions from a fixed point Like a panel or enclosure to beams overhead 15 to 20 feet above.
