I love adding new appliances to my kitchen and I always try getting commercial appliances when I can as they hold up better and produce more product depending on the appliance. I happen to see this JOHAKYU Commercial Electric Sauce Warmer Dispenser and knowing I could use it for all kinds of things I went ahead and requested it. I like how this unit is extremely well-made, with a sleek stainless-steel body that looks professional and cleans up easily. I like how they give you three 650ml squeeze bottles that are the perfect size for things like hot fudge, nacho cheese, and caramel. I've used it as part of a sundae bar I setup for my wife's birthday and everyone loved it. I like how the warming function works great, keeping everything at a consistent, safe serving temperature without overheating. I like that it evenly warms the food with no scorched bottoms or cold clumps. Just smooth, delicious toppings every time. And I like how it heats up fast, holds temperature well, and fits nicely on our countertop without taking up too much space. STAY AWAY from this product, I never write reviews on anything i purchase good or bad. But The Warmer only worked for a month and then when I wanted a replacement or a refund the seller rejected it because it was over the 30 day warranty. It got so bad that one of the warmers wasn't cutting off when it got hot so my caramel busted all over the place
