This bed frame is beautiful! The frame ships in 2 separate boxes. The first box is VERY heavy. Fairly straight forward direction, although not all of the boxes are labeled but the pictures make it easy to figure it out. Took us about 3 hours to build. Very sturdy, comfortable bed. Well made. Had an issue with the original frame having a mark on it, looked like red ink. Normally I wouldn’t mind if it was hidden but it was right in the center of the main headboard. Contacted customer service and they responded quickly and offered to refund a portion or send a new piece. Super helpful and responsive!! I ordered pure white and it is beautiful! Great quality for the price. Wayfair sells similar bed frame for almost $900! ... show more

I absolutely love this bed frame! It feels like we are at a hotel every night! Great price for what it offers! The color is PERFECT & the quality is superior! I love the under the bed storage! We can never have enough storage & this is great for seasonal clothes or suitcases/duffel bags! The only down side was it took a long time to assemble. There are just a lot of pieces to it, but I think that would he expect with any bed frame! I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of bedframe! ... show more

Was super excited to get in mail. Let me tell you it took me and my friend 4 hours to SET up!!! Lots of nails and screwing! be ready! Looks pretty! Didn’t give it 5 stars cus the part that allows it to be moved up and down is not working. other than that, it’s a solid bed frame.

I am very pleased with this bed. The storage option is awesome and easy to use. The bed is solidly built and sturdy and looks pretty too. A few things to note: 1. The package it arrives in is hella heavy. I am single woman and live in an apartment complex where my packages get sent to a mail room. I did have the foresight to have it delivered to a friend’s house so that it wouldn’t get stolen, which ended up being good for a different reason. The package was so heavy that if I had sent it to my mail room, I wouldn’t have been able to get it to my apartment by myself. It ended up taking me and a friend to move it. And we STRUGGLED to carry it. 2. This bed absolutely can be put together by one person. I did it alone, but it took every frustrating second of 4 hours to do to. So just prepare to spend a long time on it. 3. I found the instructions to be easy to follow, with one exception. Towards the end, I had to undo some work because there are two parts labeled with the exact same part number which made me think they were interchangeable. Spoiler alert, they were not. So after putting them together, I had to undo part of the bed to switch out the parts. I don’t remember the part numbers, but they are the long, straight pieces of the rectangular metal frame that holds the mattress. Thankfully, that was somewhat easy to undo and switch out. Otherwise, even though the building process took forever, it went without a hitch. Oh, I just remembered one other thing that wasn’t in the instructions but ended up being important. The instructions for attaching the metal frame holding the mattress to the lifting mechanism don’t tell you that you can only get the screws on loosely at first. I wouldn’t worry about getting those tight until after you put the struts on that hold the frame up. Once you put those on and the lifter is extended, that’s when you can fully tighten those bolts down. When the frame isn’t extended, there is no way to fully tighten them, but it’s also crucial that they do eventually get tightened. ... show more

This one was a WIN! My teenager needed a new bed and I wanted something that looked nice but they DESTROY everything so I didn’t want to spend too much. Storage is always an issue and even if you don’t use it on the daily (because you won’t want to, it’s heavy to lift), it’s nice to have the option. Directions could have maybe been a little better but overall not awful. Took a couple of hours to put together but the quality for the price IS THERE. It’s it luxury? No. Does it feel cheap? Also no. Feels sturdy. Looks nice. Material is a cheaper “linen” feel as in some texture. Not velour or microfiber or something that to me screams cheap. I’m thrilled with what it is vs what it cost. The pictures I took don’t do justice at all. This bed is stunning. The fabric is soft and I clean it with a lint roller every month or so and it’s good to go. Absolutely beautiful and more affordable than the one on wayfair. I get soo many compliments. Wasn’t hard at all to put together. Took 1 hour with 3 people but could be done with just one. Spent $400 for this, only for it to be delivered damaged. When I tried to return it, the seller does not cover the shipping costs to return, and it was $350 to return. So we did not return. Now, I’m stuck with a torn headboard, and will be paying more money to get it fixed I guess. Update: We ended up putting it up today, and we actually really enjoy the Bedframe & headboard. It did take a few hours to build though! ... show more

I've been wanting this bed for so long, it looks so good For me it was easy to build with an battery operated screwdriver and the correct allen key attachment and a pair of pliers, even though the kit comes with the necessary tools and instructions. I built it by myself in less than 2 hours (im a bit of ikea builder pro in my own opinion). There are parts where i could have used a second pair of hands for sure but i managed. The storage space is less than what I had with my previous 18inch tall frame but is good anyway ... show more
