This is my favorite liquid eyeliner. The quality lasts all day. Once it dies, it doesn't smudge but it does take a few minutes for it to dry. Very easy to apply, easy to draw thin out thick lines on eyelid. I've purchased multiple colors and they are all of quality for the price.

I never tried liquid eyeliner before and I thought I should give it a try with this product. I love it! Glides on smoothly and I have control in drawing lines from thin to thick. Most of all, I love how it stays on all day without smudging or fading. I love the snap-on and off cap...no mess!

It clearly says “ Water Proof, long wear and muge proof”. Not true!! after only wearing it 2hrs it was already smudged looked like I had being wearing it all day running a marathon

It is not smudge nor water resistant. It is easily applied and smooth. It does seem to dry out in the container kinda fast 2 in package started on second pen in about a month.
