This is probably the third pair of these I’ve bought for my personal use, and two other family members use them, too. The last time we bought a pair was 2 1/2 years ago, and that wasn’t for me. I think this pair has lasted me about three years. Initially, I bought my kids the less expensive, $69 set until they proved themselves responsible enough not to lose these $99 ones. Each of my kids are also on their second or third pair. We have never had any issues with any of our sets. They have always charged as they should and paired quickly, whether we were using a single earbud or both. All of us love how these fit. Their smaller profile makes them a lot more comfortable than any of the rectangle ones we’ve tried. We have a lot of people living in our house, so headphones are a firm rule. We’ve tried other pairs when they are on big sales — so that everyone has a backup pair while one is charging — but everyone agrees that these are our favorites. A few caveats: I tend to listen to mostly audiobooks, guided meditations, and podcasts. So, I am not the review for sound quality. My kids, who do own expensive Beats earbuds, say that they definitely think you get very sound quality for your money with these. One son works in the trades and wears these at work because the give him better situational awareness. He is also an extreme sports guy, including ultramarathon running; he likes these because they stay put, handle all the sweat, and easily hold their charge no matter what his day brings. We live in Alaska. As long as the case is kept in an inside pocket, these are up to the cold. My son is a mountaineer and these handle the temps the best. None of us have tried the app, as I don’t think they had it yet when we bought the last pair. As for charge, I love these there, too. They are one of the only brands that really do have the charge they claim, both in the case and the earbuds. Over time, as with any charged item, the amount of time they hold a charge does diminish. That is why I’m buying a new pair. The case still holds its charge pretty well, but three years on, each earbud is down to about six hours. Some reviewers don’t like the little built in USB cord. I kind of like it as I don’t need to worry about a cord. Since the charge length on these is so long, I’ve found it easy to just plug it in at night at home, or whenever I’m near a box. Overall, we love these and keep coming back to them as favorites. I highly recommend them.

These earbuds check all the boxes for what I was looking for in earbuds. As of this review I have owned and used them for about 11 months now. The main reason I bought these is because I was looking for a pair of earbuds with ACTUAL decent batteries in them. If you're looking for good battery life in a small form factor, these are the ones without a doubt. Most earbuds I've either had or looked at don't stand up to whatever their product description claims, these do though. I can listen to music for hours on end (I think the longest I've used them for is about 8ish hours for reference). Then on top of the earbud batteries themselves being good, the charging case battery is also really good. I can go weeks without charging the case (I don't use them heavily daily). The attached USB cable is a little awkward, but I really like it in the long run. It's definitely better than having to use a separate cord to charge. Plus the wireless charging is nice, I can just drop them on a wireless charger to pick up some juice from time to time. With such a decent battery life I have high hopes for the longevity of these earbuds. If they handle hours and hours of playtime now, when the battery life inevitably degrades, they should still be usable for a longer time. I'm a fan of the loop around the ear for earbuds (might not be your thing). They definitely stay in my ears for everything I do (sitting at my desk, doing yard work, house chores, laying in bed). For me they're absolutely comfortable. I'd say I have a pretty normal ear, so there's not any uncomfortable pinching or rubbing with the ear loops for me. I do have some sensory sensitivity but I'm able to stop consciously being aware of these in my ear whenever I use them, which is nice. I don't do anything incredibly active though, so I can't speak to their ability to stay in during lots of vigorous movement. I had never heard of JLab before these, but I'm happy to see that these seem to be thoughtfully designed with actual function in mind. No complaints with the sounds quality. They're pretty balanced. Bass definitely doesn't drown out the mids or highs. No "tinny" sound to them. I've used some cheap earbuds before and these definitely do not have a cheap sound to them. I don't know that I'd produce music with them, but they definitely have a very clean satisfying sound. On to the other parts of the earbuds that weren't really selling points for me, but that I like nonetheless. The touch controls are decent, take a little getting used to, but definitely decent. I didn't expect much from the noise cancelling but it works pretty well. I use them when I mow, with noise cancelling enabled, and it really helps cut the noise out (and I can still hear my music well!). I didn't think I'd like the pause on removal from ear feature but have found it is pretty useful, especially at work when someone comes in to talk to me. The "be aware" audio passthrough works pretty well too but I rarely use it. I don't use them for calls often but I haven't gotten any complaints about the mic when I have. Overall a great buy, very satisfied with these.

I was wanting a earbud that I could run with that had good bass, I had heard these had good bass but they do not. There is quite a lack of bass and I am disappointed with that. However, everything else is nice, they sound really good and clear, but lacks the bass. They connect just fine, I see some people had issues with that, I have had no problems. The JLAB app works great with the earbuds. I do think the packaging they came in could have been better, not a pleasurable experience when opening, a bit of tearing that had to be done. The spacial audio is amazing, the best I have come across. It is far better apple air pod pros. The noise canceling also works great. The battery life is not as advertised at least with mine. If you have them on they last about 7 hours for me

The size of the case compared to the previous generations (much smaller) makes it easier to stick in your pocket. The sound is awesome, and the ability to connect to two devices at once is surprisingly a great feature. It makes it super easy to switch between my two typical devices.
