I am only at week one, takes a min to get groove, It does catch especially if wearing loose clothing, so wear clothes that are tight to body. It is a good work out, we shall see if I get results. Stops many times after 10-15 spins, have gotten >50-60 spins at a time. The price for this is very good unlike on tik tok that is 100 dollars, I have been using it for a few days now and it’s pretty sturdy and came with all the pieces, it’s not that hard to use and it preety decent I would say it’s worth the price 👍

this hoop works great and the price is much better than the brand name on TT, but this one is LOUD! don't expect to do this while watching TV, because the noise of the weight going around the hoop will keep you from hearing it. i'm still debating if i want to keep it b/c of the noise it makes. glad i have 30 days to decide! ... show more

Just started using it and really enjoying it. It is indeed loud, but I was expecting that after reading the reviews but didn't care because was gonna be using it while listening to loud music anyways lol But yeah, been getting it going for about 25 min straight before getting a cramp or something. Gonna keep trying to go for longer. Make sure to wear kinda snug clothing because it will kinda mess with performance. I get a better workout especially if I also bounce/hop to music while hooping. Maybe I'll finally get a bit of a booty.. muaha ... show more

Love it! I almost returned it because it kept getting stuck on a link. Obviously user error!! Lol I don’t know how to hula hoop so I struggled but finally got the hang of it and now I love it!!! I’m already down a link after only “2 days” of use! Mind you I’m not a pro yet so it’s been a lot of stop and start but even just continuing to try over and over I can feel it working! I can feel it in my arms from holding my arms up out of the way, my legs, and my belly almost all of my problem areas except for my chin but I’d say that’s a win! Plus it’s a lot of fun, I can’t stop laughing. My advice wear tennis shoes for stability so you don’t go sliding around and better grip for thrusting your hips, try a rock side to side or side to front motion whichever works best for you, wear your links fairly comfortably snug so it can remain even while the weight rotates around you, also while you’re first learning it may help to tie a knot and shorten the string and once you get the hang of you can loosen it again, lastly turn on your music don’t give up and just have fun! ... show more

Just a heads up to any of my bigger folks who are also trying to make progress. I first put it on thinking "this fits just right" which was really weird because it's marked as fitting up to a 58" waist but mine is "only" 50 inches. I first put it on all of the links in place because I felt like it fit just right. I had a really hard time getting it spinning. It was like it kept getting stuck in different areas. I removed two links, because I noticed it would fall down a little before it got stuck. Once I put it back on, I sort of threw the weight to get it started. After that, it kept gliding along without a hitch. Looking forward to tracking my progress. I'll update this review to let you know if anything changes! ... show more
