I don't actually use this item because I can't stand on the ground real great......and the skateboard wasn't able to handle my lack of balance. My boyfriend was so happy to find a used electric skateboard and unhappy to find out the remote was worn out and needed to be replaced and we were blown away that most of these are $30 +. I think we chose this one because it was the only cheap one (cheapest anyway) that was next day delivery:) We figured it out in probably 15 mins after watching both Blitzart and Jking pairing processes. It would have been sooner (but I was directing him) and men love directions. He said it's amazing how fast his board is now and how easy it is to use the remote and says it fits great in his hand to be able to manipulate the board with ease. ... show more

Other than 2-3 pairing attempts before successfully pairing the remote to the electric skate board, I have had no issues with the remote! Riding to work and back has been an adventure!

I bought the electric skateboard on an auction site and it was missing the remote. This one worked perfectly my son loves it.

    • signal indecator didnt work
I charged the remote and the board, than I followed the steps, but when i pressed the smalll button the signal indicator didn't flash and it didn't connect. i tried again for 15 minutes and still nothing. I tried it with my razor electric rip stick after and it still wasn't flashing
