I swear it's a conspiracy. Why do things stop working RIGHT AFTER the return/exchange window??? It worked great, charging my Beats for about 2 weeks, then I realized it would stay red/blink..meaning not a full charge no matter how long I left the earbuds to charge. Finally, it just stopped charging them. Idk why Beats just doesn't sell its own replacement. I would have spent double what I spent on this trash item to just buy a new, REAL beats case. I guess I'll just have to buy a whole new set, so that's why. Shame that this sellers replacement charger stopped working after just a few weeks. UPDATE: they reached out to me and sent a replacement at no cost to me. I’ve been using the new charging box for about a week and it is successfully charging both ear pieces. I appreciate the good customer service and am hopeful this product will work long-term. I was grateful there is a replacement option for this charging station since I left mine on an airplane while wearing my ear pieces (that are new as of Dec 2023). It gets the job done to allow the ear pieces to work at all, however I am having a very difficult time getting the right ear piece in particular to charge. I make sure they are fully in the charger, but even after 8+ hours charging the right piece will quickly stop working. Additionally, the Bluetooth report on available charge is inaccurate, flipping back and forth between percentages and at times will say 100% for the right piece, right before it dies. ... show more

My 3 yr old PBPro case died, and I bought this as replacement. Worked fine first couple of weeks, but then it failed-no little red light! Won’t hold charge. Useless. What a waste of money. Don’t know why Power Beats doesn’t maker a replacement case. These alternatives are ‘luck of the draw’.

Within 3 months the charging became spotty.. left earpiece will charge halfway to nill. After 5-6 months only one earpiece will charge at a time.. leaving the other completely uncharged & drained. After, 9 months it went completely bonkers.. and even started messing with my original Beats EarPods .. I guess you get what you pay for!! Lesson learned.. pay more but get the original charging case from Beats/Apple! ... show more

I should start by saying, I wasn’t expecting much when I bought these. I just wanted the basic functionality to charge my headphones. That’s it. I bought this case less than two weeks ago. I used it twice. The feel of the case is really light, but not in a good way. In a cheap way. Here’s by big issue…..The left port no longer functions after two weeks which makes the case pretty much useless. The headphones hardly click in at all. You have to fidget with the headphones to get them to sit properly in the case. I was driving and hit a bump on the road and that literally knocked them out of place so they weren’t charging. Definitely NOT worth the money considering an authentic used case would’ve costed about the same. I’m really disappointed. But at your own risk, but I’d advise not buying at all. ... show more
