This book, Tiny Houses: the Ultimate Beginner's Guide, is a great read for anyone interested in the tiny house revolution. Covering the financial aspects of tiny houses, including addressing questions regarding return on investment, as well as practical issues such as space needs, this book will answer questions you might not have even known you need to ask. While a tiny house isn't in my near future because of my current family makeup, I can definitely see how a tiny house may be a good option once my husband and I retire. This book has helped me consider the practicalities of a tiny house more clearly, and has provided me with some good information on possibly creating a mobile tiny house in the future. There is nothing in this extremely short book that can't be gleaned by a simple Google search. Not at all worth the price for the paperback. I can't believe all the positive reviews for this book, there are so many books out there on this topic that are far superior to this. I feel informed even on things I hadn't known previously. I had read a lot on the subject before this, but it's got info you might not have encountered yet. This is rare because a lot of short books are redundant, and the long ones, while inspiring, don't go too deep into the subject either.
