I have been using products by this company for a long time now, and have always been more than satisfied. These products have been consistently comfortable and easy to use; not what one might expect for such a low price. To sweeten the deal, the battery life has been improving over the latest models, so you can listen and talk for even longer. All this, and the best part, the audio quality is superb. This newest product is truly a masterpiece, and well worth the small price. If you are looking for a comfortable headset that is simple and easy to understand, you have found the right product. There are multiple different sizes of the earpiece so you can customize it to fit your ear perfectly. The ear hook is flexible and can rotate on two different axes to make sure it stays nicely on your ear. The controls are very simple, too; the product is easy to connect to your device, and once you get it connected the first time, it is even easier from then on. It is such an easy headset to use all around the board. The battery is very good, too, especially compared with previous models. The headset itself lasts a long time; no need to keep charging it every two hours. Once it finally does start to get low, you can plug it in via USB-C, and it will charge quickly. But you may not even have a problem with the battery running low; whenever you are not using it, you can simply place it in its case, and it will start charging! It is a huge improvement over the 16 hour battery of the previous model. One might think with all this that there has to be a catch if the product is going to sell for so low; but no, even the audio quality is great. The sound is nice and clear, despite the small speaker. The latency is very low, too; some Bluetooth devices have seconds of audio latency, but this headset has less than a second. There are no tradeoffs in terms of the audio. Audio quality is not always easy to find, but this product truly delivers. All in all, this headset is the best that I have ever owned. I have never had issues with figuring it out or having it fall out of my ear. So far, it has not run low on battery, and I have used it without plugging anything in for nearly four days, and the case still has charge. The audio has always been more than satisfactory. I love the Jinreoo Bluetooth Earpiece V5.1 for several reasons. First is the battery display charging case which fits conveniently in my purse. Tells how much battery charge I have remaining on my earpiece, so I know when to recharge my earpiece. The carry case also keeps the earpiece free of dust and any other debris such as spills and food while charging. You never have to wonder where to put your earpiece when not in use causing you to have to search for it. Other earpieces I have bought in the past did not have this feature, and can’t tell you how many times I have misplaced the earpiece and/or lost it having to purchase another one. Second is not only does it not fit perfectly on my ear, but it automatically turns on once I take it out of the case. This is such a hassle free feature, because it saves me time having to push the on/off button waiting for it to turn on and connect to my iPhone. I can’t tell you how many times other earpieces without the case I have to turn on I mistakenly turn off only to have to turn on again. Very annoying! Third are the volume and the distance in which I am able to hear clearly the conversation I am having with individuals in various environments. I can even leave my phone upstairs in my bedroom walk around upstairs and downstairs throughout my house answer the phone, talk, and hear clearly on my phone. This is an important feature, because I am often talking to doctors and/or handling important phone calls. Fourth the earpiece is cost effective, stylish and appealing to the eye. I have a couple of the previous models from Kendir, the first iteration of Jinreoo. They were a great buy, so I jumped at the chance to try out their new model, the G5. I was not disappointed. It's slightly longer than the Kendir, but not as bulky, and stays in place very well. I am retired now, and spend a lot of time on redoing our landscaping and projects around the house that I haven't had time for; I need a Bluetooth that doesn't fall out when I'm digging up grass, moving rocks or climbing ladders. I also need one that doesn't die on me halfway through the day. And I need one whose clarity and volume can beat out the leafblowers from the landscapers. I walk the dogs first thing in the morning, and want to both hear my podcasts and be aware of all the traffic in the neighborhood (we live near a school). Again, the clarity means I don't have to turn the volume up to a dangerous level to hear my content. It does indeed charge really fast. The charging is through the case, and means I don't have to worry about it getting dropped. There are several sizes of earpieces, and they are easier to change than the previous model. The only thing that didn't fit me very well was the over the ear loop; I'm on the small side. But I had some very old Bluetooth headsets whose ear loops I could use. This model is sized so that if you do have to use another loop, it will fit. I find the side button much easier to use than the previous model. It's raised just enough to be usable by feel, and it's very responsive. Having all the controls in one button makes it more convenient, and I haven't found it to be a problem switching between a long push to skip tracks (for instance) and a short push to adjust the volume. Overall, this is a great buy if you're looking for a solid Bluetooth (I can be hard on electronics) that's comfortable, stays on well and has great sound. ... show more
