Thin enough that the door can easily open over it but not so thin that it bunches up. Plastic backing keeps it in place even when I was trying to make it slide to test it. Pattern looks like what I expected from picture. Overall, I think it'll be a good rug from a long time. :)

Great rug for the value. Has more cushion than I was expecting. But is also low profile for our high traffic area. Robot vacuum goes over it without rolling it up. The edges uncurled and flattened quickly after opening the box. The rubber grips on the bottom work great and keep it from sliding. Not sure how well it will wash in a washing machine. The tag says it is not machine washable but reviews say they are. I have not yet tried it. ... show more

Very soft. Like a glorified yoga mat with a thin fabric cover. The traction is great, i got it for my old dog. Bonus- it is washable! Gentle cycle on low spin and air dry. We’ve washed it 3-4 times and it looks new.
