Putting this thing together was like a bad dream! The instructions were in pictures with no written instructions! I wound up putting it together upside down despite what the pictures indicated, but it all worked out. The bags are very durable and sturdy as well as the frame. The bags are a great size for a regular load washer (a bit to small for the oversized washers). After getting this together and using it for the last week, I’m very happy with it and I would most definitely buy more, in the future, if I find myself in need for another one.

I love the look and sturdiness of the clothes hamper, but the quality checks are lacking with whoever is putting this in the boxes. My first one I ordered was missing all of the screws. Customer service was great, they sent a whole other one.... but THAT one was missing a piece. So now I have 1 whole hamper that I love, but one other pile of metal bars that need a piece and screws.

I do like this, but it’s definitely not as durable and “heavy duty” as what it seemed like in the description and the price. It’s fairly lightweight but overall does work great for what I needed. It is pretty small and one basket holds less than one load of laundry for sure. I would have gone for something a little bigger if I’d known.

Less than a month, the bars like a review mentioned before, the knots detached from their poles that they came in. One bar detached and the rest fell a part. Pictures show what I'm left with. Bags are sturdy though. Would be awesome if the frame was as great.
