The Jiecool Pickle Ball is an inexpensive ball and the set has 6 balls with different colors. Some of the colors are not easy viewing so the appeal is not widespread. The balls play as expected and it is too early to see any breakage. The bounces are reliable. A mesh bag is supplied to carry all the balls. I give the Jiecool a B+ rating.

I had never seen, much less heard of a pickleball until about a month and a half ago. I definitely don't know how to play. I have four dogs, but one is a Golden Retriever. This probably says it all, but he is ball obsessed. He has all kinds of toys for inside the house, but he needed more distraction for outside. When he was a puppy a year ago (he still is), I had an old Wiffle ball from the 80s. He chewed it up good. When I saw the Pickleball, it reminded me of the Wiffle ball, but it has more holes, is bigger, and looks a lot sturdier. It would have to be in order to whack it with the paddles. Best of all, they are washable. Even my little dog can grab it without getting her teeth stuck in the holes. I recommend supervised play though for that reason. I love the colors, and I'm putting the brighter colors outside so I can find them easily. So far, Mister Chewy Face (Rinji) has only managed to make surface marks with his teeth. I may have to look into getting a paddle or using my tennis ball slingshot so it goes farther :) If you like pickleball or have dogs or children, these appear to be solid and of good quality. Fun colors, too!

To be honest, I am not a seasoned connoisseur with much experience from which to judge the relative merits of different pickleballs. But I do at least have several to compare, all spheres of the same diameter. Of all the balls, these six: (1) have the largest number of holes, and (2) are made of the hardest plastic. Some of the other balls have a more rubbery (and bouncier) composition. Someone with better knowledge would hopefully know the pros and cons of exactly how these differences impact a ball's performance during play. I can attest that these are rugged, and do stand up to abuse well. They also all have different and distinct bright colors, making them easy to identify, and distinguish from someone else's (although a Sharpie could accomplish that too). All in all, I am happy with this order, and comfortable recommending this pickleball set.

Don't be fooled! Not all Pickleballs are the same. These are a great set for outdoor use. They are made of high quality plastic that have enough elasticity to allow for a bounce or two. I highly recommend as you cannot have too many balls!
