It inflates and deflates in minutes and stores well in the box. It has a carry bag which is very handy. It was comfortable and we will use it again for guests and future camping trips. Without much of research, decided to buy it as unexpected guests should be arriving within few days. Only requirements were queen size and the pump. I used it yesterday. First of all, it is so easy to inflate and deflate. Just turn the knob to the right or left depends on what you need. That's it! It takes about 5 min to fully inflate. It holds air well and according to our guests is a comfortable mattress. We did put an additional pad on top, but even without it, it was very comfortable. Slightly on the firm side, but with the pad, it was perfect. One thing we did notice that it is better placed on the rug or carpet. if you put it on hard wood floor, it squeaks as the robber of the mattress moves against the floor. It deflates as quick as it is inflates. About 5 min and become completely flat. It can be easily folded and stored away. I am fully satisfied with the purchase and even though it will not be used a lot, I am fully confident that when I do need it, it will provide relatively good sleeping comfort to our guests. ... show more

I’ve had a lot of air mattresses through the years and I’m really impressed with this one. The price is spot on, the pump is built in and not crazy loud like some are, the top is velvety to keep the sheet from sliding, and it stays inflated well. I filled it once and slept on it all week without having to add air once. I’m very pleased with the purchase. The only thing I would change is that I wish the company would charge a little more and throw in a travel bag for it. Plugged it in, and it was inflated in 3 minutes. It's very comfortable, but looks more like a full size than a queen size. It is a little heavy to carry while deflated, and I have added air once every 2 days. I've had it for a week now so it does leak air a little, but nothing drastic. I recommend!

The mattress was used once. It looked like it was folded up for years. Lost some air using it the first time. Not good. The bag to store it it beyond cheap. Both handles broke it poor quality. I would not buy from this seller again
