First day out, the speed is slow & sluggish for a 650W scooter. 2nd day: rode on a school track & through the streets. 17 MPH was max in mode 3 on flat ground, verified by 3 GPS speedometer apps running. I'm 165 lbs. PRO: you're getting a beefy scooter with what looks like, stronger/heavier metal that's less likely to snap at the stem; a platform for faster scooters. Edit 01: After riding this for a while, I'm liking it more. The scooter's suspension is good for this price range. I had a Swagtron 3 with front suspension & solid tire; the constant clacking of each sidewalk square & rough ride was pretty unbearable. This JGH does well on sidewalks (and even some cobblestones). The company is very quick to respond, so that's good. They said the speed advertised was accomplished by a 145 lb rider. They've since lowered the advertised speed, which is more realistic. The media could not be loaded. It’s a pretty good scooter. The speedometer is way off it says I’m going 32 Mph but in reality it’s max speed I’ve reached is 18.9 Mph. But it feels really nice and fast and pretty smooth. But I’ve had many problems or trying to fold the scooter, sometimes you have to mess with it in order for it to fold down . ... show more

    • It's good & fast for the money
You just have to be very careful if you're in an area with rough ground. Not having suspension in the rear makes the front suspension pointless. Overtime I got wobbly front Forks. But where I live the roads & sidewalks are the nicest. Just keep that in mind when purchasing.

    • Make sure to tighten every bolt, screw, etc.
Every bolt and screw must be tightened. It is not in any way waterproof. There is a sticker that plainly says, DO NOT RIDE IN RAIN. And the throttle controller is not water proof either. There are settings to change from km/h to mph and other settings that can be changed. The ad says solid tires. The rear tire is solid, the front is pneumatic. The description is all over the place and when you search Google for JGH brand scooters, there is almost nothing to find. Mine actually goes 32 mph, so the speedo says, and it runs pretty good so far. Just need more clarity in description. ... show more

I love this scooter! I got it around Christmas time. I chose this scooter because of the speed. For this price this was the fastest I found. Turns out it can go 47 km on a full charge! Even better. It came out the box with full battery. Tightened all the bolts and went for a ride. I like the charger because it lights up red when charging and a little fan will run inside and turn green when finished and fan stops too. It’s my first scooter and I’m real happy with it. It would be great if the rear had suspension. You can feel bumps on sidewalks and such. Rides really nice on roads. Hopefully they will have an upgrade rear suspension we could buy. Customer service was really friendly and easy to work with. So great scooter and company. ... show more

This thing is super awesome and super fast so far not sure if I actually get 24 miles out of it on a full charge but I have gotten it up to a little over 27 MPH even though it says it only goes 24 MPH and it is very Getty on the go definitely a great purchase so far

    • Have had 2 scooters now, both just stopped working. No customer support.
Was a good scooter the few months that it worked. Now its just dead, and can't contact customer support. No number anywhere, or email or any online info. Don't order a scooter from a company you can't even contact. Spent hours now just looking for a phone number and email, have had 5 chats with Amazon customer support, product description states 6 month warranty on battery and motor, my battery failed. ... show more
