A nice collection of 20 Trailer Hitch Pins 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8" Diameter that are made of steel and have a black powder coated finish. These appear well made with no defects seen and fit the most common size equipment you will have. All of the hitch pins that I have are zinc plated and I don't know how well these would compare but the price of this set is more expensive than others. The only reason for four stars is the price and not knowing how durable the powder coating is. All of the ones I looked at had a bare spot where the wire part touched (see photo). I don't know if this is from transport wear or if they weren't coated in that area due to the wire being in place.

Trailer hitch pin set in multiple sizes that should serve all your needs. I like that this comes in its own little case. Sometimes I purchase hardware and it just comes in a ziplock bag which I impatiently tear open and now no longer have a place to separately store the hardware! You can see from the pictures the different lengths and while you could use this for your trailer, I plan on using this on a large tent setup. I have. The majority of the cotter pins and bolts have gotten lost over the years and this eliminates a two-piece setup since it's all contained in one. This also assists my impulsive desire to throw all the parts in the storage box where I invariably lose one of the two parts of the cotter pin!

If you haul trailers you know its nice to have a couple extra hitch pins around. If you work with tractors you know its nice to have a lot of extra hitch pins around. Either way, this 20 piece hitch pins is what you need. I like the storage box they come in instead of them getting lost because theyre laying all over the place. I really like the multiple sizes, especially the bigger one for some of my tractor attachments. The finish on them is nice and the spring closures on them seem like they will stay stiff and not get loose and sloppy over time like some do.

The media could not be loaded. I have a good number of things I tow. And though I'm not anxious about losing hitch pins, I am aware of how much time I'd lose if I lost one and didn't have a backup. Which is why I ordered this kit. It's got a good selection of sizes that can replace any pin I might lose, whether it be as big as the dump trailer or as small as the lawn sweeper. All are finished nicely to prevent premature rusting and they work pretty well. Locking occurs through the springiness of the wire which you have to pull to open. Because of this, weaker or arthritic people might have a bit of difficulty with the 1/4" pin because it's thicker and takes more strength to open, but at least it and the others lock tightly. The box they store in keeps them organized and out of the dust which I appreciate. If you've ever bought as single hitch pin at the hardware store, you'll understand that this kit of 20 is a good buy.

I have a rolling scaffold where the wheels come off every time it lifts to move it around to a different level and have planned on getting some of these and drilling holes out to stop the issue forever... now I can - Also perfect for trailer couplers to keep them locked into place with 3 differing units here to try out - Simply pull the end of the loop over the end, feed the pin into your hole, and then reattach the loop and its locked - Great assortment of solid pins in an easy to use case for future use for the leftovers with a nice label already to go - My mower also uses these and I do have several trailers as well, good investment for future convenience too !

The case alone is a big plus since these pins are easy to misplace, and having them all stored in one spot saves time and frustration. The pins feel solid and well made, with a powder-coated, rust-resistant finish that should hold up well outdoors. Once installed, they stay put and won’t accidentally come out, which gives peace of mind when using them on equipment. I use these on my cargo trailer and lawn equipment, and they’ve worked perfectly so far. Overall, this is a good-quality assortment that covers multiple sizes and is very practical to keep on hand.
