I've had this case for a few months now. There's no silicone covering on it, which I like. I've had the silicone ones before, and at the fist drop, the silicone starts to peel off. This one is made of a hard plastic. I've dropped my phone a few times, and (knock on wood) my phone had been perfectly fine. The key ring did start to come undone. This case is really good. On the second day of use I dropped my phone in a parking lot. There was no damage to my phone. The top part of the case did pop off when it was dropped and had a couple of scratches on the bottom part of the case. The reason I gave only 4 stars is it would have been better if it had a built in screen protector for the cover screen. Also I had trouble using the ring as a kickstand. ... show more

You honestly get what you pay for. I received this case on the 14th of December, 3 days later my inside screen cracked. My screen doesn't work at all. I didn't notice but the case doesn't close completely. Please avoid this case at all costs. This is my first cracked phone in my life.
