To start off since there is not many reviews I'll be blunt. The electric current or the modes on this belt are kind of choppy needs to be more continuous. It has a very good high power level and the belt hits the targeted abs very good. The only draw back is not the arm bands but the leg bands. With the strap positioned in the middle of four pads when you tighten it to your leg they have a tendency to pull the pads up on the sides. This makes them shock you instead of the actual workout. Overall it's a good set just wish the leg pads were better and the modes more continuous. Hope this helps

Let's not fool ourselves and pretend that eStim alone is going to.make anyone look like models in these photos. But, that said, these models in these photos. But, that said, these devices do exactly what they say, come with attachments for your abs, each bicep, and each quad, along with the stim units for each location. Hard to beat the price given the multiple modes and power levels that each unit has. I also really like the fact that the system works on water and silicone pads that are built-in rather than needing to constantly replace pads. The one thing that could be improved is the directions which are a very rough translation from the original language.

There's a lot in the box, but it's easy to set up. Although it may appear confusing without instructions, once you figure out where everything goes, it's simple. Holds a charge well. Appears to be making a difference after a couple of weeks of use. Looking forward to long-term results.

4 batteries for 5 bands, waistband, 2 arm bands, 2 leg bands... batteries do not hold a charge, need recharge... and easily fall off if anything touches it. Already lost 2 of the 4 just from walking around stores, supermarkets, and Home Depot! The band rolls up! This is for people like me with a little extra fat around the waist! the rolling band causes the battery to fall off, bend down = and the battery falls off, reach for an item on the top shelf touching lower shelves = and the battery falls off... like I said already lost 2! Don't know if it work, but hopeful and keep trying ***** down to "sub-zero" rating, June, July worked, August started weakened, Sept. = completely dead

My apologies to the company that created this, believe in their good intentions! Vibrations this belt creates is actually very dangerous static similar to electric shock, have tried all modes and it’s all same. Please be aware of this health hazard! Gave one star for the option to return!

There are 5 belts. One the belt are defective would leave higher review if got replacement and work better. Nods work great but one of the belts will not allow for nods to stick properly and electric stem knock nod off. I love this product but don't want to get stuck with a partially defective product.
