This pillow is amazing! At first it took some getting used to because it is quite firm and not as soft as I'm used to but after a couple of days my back problems went away and my sleep quality improved greatly. I use it with my satin pillow cases

    • Finally Resting Comfortably!

I have slept more soundly and comfortably with this pillow than any other I have tried. When I turn on my side, the pillow cradles my neck so that it is supported well, and I don’t wake up with neck or shoulder pain. The arm rest gives my arm a place to rest without disturbing its circulation (no arm numbness). The height of the pillow would be fine normally, but I have a lower back problem and I need a little more height while sleeping on my back. I handled that by placing a flatter pillow under it for a little lift. Again, this pillow cradled my neck and my back sleep was good as well. Overall, I have been extremely happy with the performance of this pillow so far! I have tried many other more expensive pillows, but this memory foam butterfly-shaped pillow seems to do the trick. It is definitely worth a try! I have reordered this pillow 5 times to give as presents. Everyone loves them! ... show more
